If you are looking for a quintessential stay in an old New England home, this place is it! This is not to say that it is short on amenities. There are all the modern conveniences you have come to expect in a Bed and Breakfast, such as modern bathroom amenities, reliable heat, great food, even ice skating in the winter... More

We were in the Plymouth area for our daughter's alumni gathering on Saturday, November 19. This is our 4th visit to the Clarke House B&B. Once again we were NOT disappointed. Accommodations are first class and the breakfast to die for. Cindy can use us for guinea pigs on any of her new breakfast recipes any time! This place is... More

Hi, I never write reviews and I always have something to complain about. Not this time. The Clarke House B&B provides the most incredible place to stay. The hosts are so nice & friendly. The house itself is adorable and decorated in such a cozy manner. The breakfast is the best we have ever had!! Just when you thought you... More

My wife and I stayed at the Clarke House for four nights in September and it was a magnificent experience. The raves about the breakfasts are well earned: Cindy is a truly exceptional chef. We stayed in Birch's Room, which was bright and warm with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Clarke House's location is convenient to all of the outdoor activities... More

We travelled to Clarke house for foliage and more than anything this b&b made our trip unforgettable. Cindy and George are lovely and very hospitable. We have been in several b&bs and this one really wins the prize. The breakfast is HEAVENLY and the home is absolutely gorgeous.

Seriously, the greatest experience I have ever had. Everything was perfect. Even my mother, who can complain about anything (and does) couldn't find a thing wrong with the Clarke House. A charming colonial on a back street off the main road, we were greeted very warmly by George, one of the innkeepers. He gave us a tour of the house... More

My husband and I recently spent a week in New England, and the most comfortable part of our week was definitely the Clarke House. We were there for two nights, and it was every bit as welcoming as George and Cindy themselves. The place just oozes "Welcome Home", and you just don't want to leave. Oh, and did I mention... More

We stayed in the King Suite for 2 days and sure wished we could have stayed longer. We had a king size bed, very large private bathroom, separate dressing room, flat screen TV, DVD player, etc. The Clarke’s home is decorated exquisitely and the breakfasts are the absolute best that we ever ate. Cindy is a top notch Chef and... More

Over the years we have visited Inns around NE and I can say that now the Clarke House is at the top of our list as our favorite. It is the most beautifully decorated.(and pristine) Every room more inviting than the next.... More
