We just returned from a week's visit at the Lodge. We stay there every summer. The rooms are clean and comfy, we love the view of Mount Washington, and we enjoy using all the amenities afforded by the resort. We enjoyed the continental breakfast very much, and were puzzled by the bad reviews. My son loved his breakfasts. Nothing fancy,... more

The place is nothing fancy and was definitely the most reasonably-priced hotel we picked on our roadtrip. The room was large and clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. Overall, for what we paid, I think it was good value for the money. The biggest disappointment was the utterly disgusting 'breakfast' provided by the pizza place at the end of the... more

First off, this was a last minute family excursion to Crawford Notch so I had little time to search out other lodging options, but the Lodge was by far the cheapest ($109/nt) of the places I searched and allowed use of all the main resort's facilities. The check-in was efficient and the front desk clerk provided all essential info needed... more

This place is not worth it - the bed was horrible, the room was dark, dusty and uninviting. We had treated my parents to a weekend away and were embarrased by the accomodations. We had breakfast there one morning and when my mother asked for milk for her tea, the waitress raised her forefinger and snapped "just a minute" and... more

This is a rather scruffy motel in a good location, breakfast is reluctantly provided by the pizza place attached, its part of his contract, otherwise I suspect he would rather stay in bed - you might too! The shuttle bus will take you to the local diner down the road for other meals (all owned by the Mt.Washington Resort as... more

I stayed at The Lodge because a good friend of mine was getting married at Mount Washington Resort right across the street. We were supposed to get a good deal at the Lodge becuase we were part of the wedding group. However, we were charged much more than the rates posted online a week before the wedding.Although the rooms were... more

This lodge is really in need of an overhaul. Bugs in the room, the patio door wouldn't open, uncomfortable bed, TV didn't come in, etc. Also, the continental breakfast is pretty rough. The good news is that this place is close to some incredible hikes. If you are willing to put up with a couple of issues, it is a... more

I recently stayed at The Lodge whilst on a school ski trip from England. The first thing that struck me was the amazing views - I know that doesnt really have anything to do with the accomidation...but WOW! Check in was quick and easy and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good, especially two help-yourself waffle machines (with maple... more

Stayed here Sunday and Monday (MLK Day). Clean room, nice little bar, good food in adjacent restaurant. If you buy package from BW then there's a continental breakfast in the restaurant...like what you'd get at a Comfort Inn. Staff was friendly. Biggest disappointment was that hot tub was out of order. Efficient set up at BW...if you stay at Lodge... more

We arrived at this property and immediately were scared. The motel was undergoing a renovation with a large construction crew. Much to our relief, they did not work late and we were not bothered my the crew. I do not know if our room had been updated or not. The room was neat, clean, nicely decorated, albeit a bit small.... more
