My husband and I have been coming to the Adair about once a year over probably the past 10 years -- in summer and in winter and across now three owners. The Inn retains its high standards of lovely, quiet rooms, friendly and inviting environment, beautiful grounds, delicious breakfasts (especially the popovers), and now delightful dinners. Each time we come... More

Simply Excellent! No brainier to stop here! Superb staff, clean and comfortable rooms and the food was happy, fresh and still hot out of the oven. Very very very Quiet, heck I didn't want to leave the big comfy bed. Thank you Adair... I will be back.

The grounds were beautiful, especially the rolling hills, wildflowers and pond filled with plants. Reflections of Monets Giverny... The room was very clean and cozy. So restful. Our room held an energy that was very unusual. A perfect place for creative thought. Intriguing history both of the building and grounds. Shelves of books are plentiful. The breakfast was delicious. I arrived @ about 8pm for a one night stay to break a very long road journey. Altough they advise you that they "man" reception from 3 to 6 pm, am attentive young lady from the bar handled by arrival and showed me to my room. I was hungry and had made a reservation for dinner at 7:30 but only... More

My adult daughter and I had a lovely relaxing overnight stay at Adair. We were welcomed as family. The surroundings were stress free, even affording time for some billiards in the game room basement. The food was amazing. Dinner divine. Meeting the Chef was a treat!

The Adair's new chef is a New Hampshire local who has returned from "cheffing" at a Sonoma Valley winery. He is preparing creative, delicious choices that take advantage of seasonal offerings with strong wine pairing options. I like to eat well without overdoing it on heavy sauces or high fat options and also believe that accessible ingredients can be made... More

We've stayed at the Adair before and decided to return because it is just lovely- grounds, inn, staff, and dining. The breakfast popovers alone are worth the trip. We enjoyed a hike around the property, coffee out on the patio with a view of the gardens and the mountains. We'll be back again.

Our Adair experience started with a phone call. Kimberly was so kind and helpful from the very beginning. Barry welcomed us and gave us a tour of the home. It is charming! The rooms are so clean and relaxing. I have never slept so well in a long time. The food is outstanding, The grounds are beautiful and well groomed.... More

Completely enjoyed the Inn, the warm welcome from innkeepers Barry and Kimberly, the location (close to Littleton, State Forest, National Forest), and we packed a lot of activities into just a few days (zip line, biking, hiking Flume Gorge and Boulder Caves). The Adair Inn was just a beautiful property with well-appointed rooms and excellent service in all ways. Easy... More

This place was just the perfect way to spend a rainy summer day and rest up for a 15km hike the next day! The innkeepers are warm and welcoming and the place has been decorated with a lot of finesse and attention to detail. Dinner was amazing; we unfortunately had to leave early to go hiking so couldn't taste the... More
