My partner and I spent 3 nights at the Mulburn Inn and had a wonderful time. It turned out that we were the only guests for the weekend (Thanksgiving weekend is light), so we ended up having full use of this wonderful, old historic home all to ourselves. We found the hosts to be very gracious and helpful, but not... more

The website was misleading. It's not a boutique b&b at all. It's a unique old building in need of much TLC and maintenance. The owners couldn't be found during our stay, even when we needed another blanket because it was so cold and drafty in our room. The only time the owners appeared was to present us with our receipt... more

If you prefer the sort of b&b where the owners sit down and chat with you over breakfast or go out of their way to make you feel you are literally a "guest in their home," the Mulburn Inn probably isn't what you're looking for. But if you would like to feel as though you are spending a few days... more

I recently had the wonderful opportunity of spending three days at the Mulburn Inn during the month of January with another couple. We had a wonderful time, the hosts were friendly, kind and very accommodating to our every need. It is a lovely Inn, steeped in history and extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated with beautiful... more

My wife & I stayed at the Mulburn Inn whilst on our Honeymoon towards the end of September 2007, expecting a romantic hitoric old Inn, with crackiling fires & deep soft beds. What we got was a lovely old B&B that was very tatty around the edges, & definately in need of some tidying up. ok - I'm sure an... more

The Mulburn Inn does not satisy in terms of either Bed nor Breakfast. Our bed in the Adams room was not comfortable as the bed was lopsided towards the headboard. We slept with our pillows in the opposite direction. We looked under the bed to see extra supports placed there in an attempt to maintain a level matress...it did not... more

Not only are the inn-keepers Christina and Alecia very welcoming, but their property is a credit to them. It is beautiful place to stay and provides easy access to many parts of the White Mountains. We stayed in the Washington Room (all the rooms are named after former US Presidents), the bed was to die for, spotless room and en-suite... more

I usually never find myself in the position to write reviews, however , My stay at the Mulburn is worthy of taking some time to sit down and share my experience. My stay at the Mulburn was while I was on a business trip to New Hampshire ..... I was looking for someplace quiet to relax in the evenings, I... more

I understand different people have different perspectives on things, but I honestly cannot understand how anyone would have a bad experience staying at the Mulburn Inn. My wife and I have stayed there a half dozen times in the past year or so. We've recommended the inn to family and friends, we've even bought gift certificates to give away as... more

Like another reviewer wrote, something is very wrong at this inn. I should have known there was going to be trouble when the owners were not very prompt in replying to my reservation request and I had to send them several emails to even confirm our reservation. But that was nothing compared to what happened when we turned up to... more
