We just stayed at the Mulburn Inn for 3 nights and we could not have been happier! Mary is an great person and goes way beyond to ensure that all of her guests are happy and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the inn has a ton of common space along with a wood burning fire place,... More

We just came back from staying at the Mulburn Inn. A fantastic place with lovely historic rooms, super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with both shower and large claw foot tub - just perfect after a cold day of fantastic skiing. We stayed for two nights and Mary the Innkeeper could not have been nicer. Great coffee and breakfast which comes... More

Beds comfy, rooms spacious and antique (of course with modern day comforts and flare), food deliciously amazing, charm (quintessential B&B), Owner – ties it all together!! Been here twice. Loved it the first time. But with the new ownership…I can’t wait to be back. Mary is friendly and kind, a great cook, and genuinely enjoys everyone who stays at the... More

We can't stress what a wonder place this is. Firstly a warm welcome by Mary and a tour round the delightful house. Mulburn Inn has a very interesting history delightfully illustrated by the photos and memorabilia around the house. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious - no need to eat at lunchtimes! The location is superb with a short walk down... More

When you stay at the star-studded Mulburn Inn, you are following in the footsteps of Thomas Edison, Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio, Cary Grant and Barbara Hutton. Mary instantly makes you feel part of a history-laced continuum, welcoming guests with an assortment of beverages and well-appointed rooms. She provides information on local sites, restaurants, and activities (e.g., the Franconia Tramway,... More

We enjoyed our stay at this historical B&B. Mary, the owner wasn't only accommodating but also resourceful and always willing to help. The breakfast are marvellous and plentiful. All the rooms have a long history which gives a quaint ambiance to the entire location. Would definitely recommend it.

This B&B is a stone foundation house built in 1913, originally a vacation "cottage". Mary, the proprietor, is a wonderful hostess. We felt right at home with freshly baked cookies and refreshments (including beer) readily accessible. Mary cooked a delicious quiche for our breakfast. Rooms are generally large, although the bathrooms tend to be tight. Living areas are spacious and... More

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast. Wow...we should have used bed and breakfasts a long time ago. Mary who owns this property was wonderful. She put out a fabulous breakfast, made you not only feel right at home, but as if you were the most important guest. Room was great and inn is filled with a... More

As all the other reviews will attest - Mary is the best thing about this B&B. Helpful recommendations; quick to accommodate, and awesome fresh baked choc chip cookies when you get in after a day of hiking. Located very central to visiting Mt. Washington, Franconia Notch, and other White mountain attractions. Room was the Pierce. Very comfortable and pleasant. A... More
