This hotel was not bad for the price, however if you want a good night sleep- I wouldn't choose this hotel. The negatives are....The Queen size bed was like sleeping on a cot (maybe even worse)- it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the hotel has very thin walls, we could hear our neighbors, so did not get a good night's sleep.... more

Recently stayed at the Grand Summit with 3 young children under 6. This was a great stay with young children. The heated pool was perfect (especially with not so great weather) They have kids activities and had a movie night while we were there..The staff in the fitness/pool area were great as well as the women running the kids programs.... more

We stayed in the hotel with our three young children during the MA February break. The hotel was great. The breakfast in the restaurant was of high quality and the rooms/public space were kept very clean. Other reviews have mentioned that the rooms are getting tired. This is definitely true, but I think the service and cleanliness make up for... more

Nice hotel, with good facilities (esp. the outdoor pool and hot-tub, even in sub-zero Winter) and comfortable rooms (although they are looking a bit 'tired' now). But they lose out on 2 stars for the following reasons: the restaurant (Crawford's) is totally unable to cope with feeding a full restaurant. This was proven on New Year's morning, when the dining... more

I came here as part of a group meeting and was here for three nights and four days. I absolutely loved it. It's not the newest or the fanciest, but its staff helps it stand out. The first two nights I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was outfitted with a queen bed in one room and a queen Murphy... more

My family of five visits this hotel at least once a year, we have for many years. It's in a great location, wonderful pool and jacuzzi, convenient to all kinds of attractions such as Story Land, horseback riding, Attitash alpine slide, etc...The rooms are clean and sizable and the staff friendly. However, I have two cautions to offer those staying... more

This was a great stay for the money , We booked it as a package with Story land and thought (Still think) we got a great deal. A was a little worried when I got off the elevator and saw the hall ways were so so.. But the room was clean as a whistle. Looked like a new room but... more

We found this Hotel by chance as we were passing through the White Mountains area and needed a place to stay for a night. It is in an imposing setting - very close to many of the attractions in the area. The front desk staff were very helpful and when I enquired if breakfast was included in the rate gave... more

We stayed at the Grand Summit as part of a group and found the hotel to be very adequate. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and quite large. The food in the Restaurant was average , but the portions were large and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay more
