This was our first visit to the zephyr zephyr cove campground near Stateline, Nevada. This is not an RVers campground. This is very similar to a K.O.A. Campground. Lots of young couples with children and lots and lots of dogs. For this purpose, it is fine, but is not the atmosphere we look for in a campground. It was pricey.

Such great little cabins! So romantic! My hub and I were married at Logan Schols, a beautiful spot overlooking the lake and spent our honeymoon at Zephyr. Winter, with its cozy fireplaces in every cabin and summer with a great beach! You can rent jet skis and board the Dixie Cruise all right there!!! Perfect location to "town" and a... More

For our 50th wedding anniversary we rented 5 cabins for ourselves & our four children, their spouses & nine grandchildren. We all had a wonderful time, getting together for meals, using the kitchens in the cabins & using the restaurant at the lodge for a breakfast for all. Enjoyed separate activities like parasailing & taking the Dixie Queen around the... More

Overall, we had a very nice experience at Zephyr Cove. The place was clean and orderly and everyone we dealt with in the office and around the grounds were very nice and helpful. There were many more positives about the place than negatives. On the positive side, pretty much all the campsites were shady and protected by trees. As crowded... More

Great place in Lake Tahoe - with comfortable cabins right on the lake front. Marina with rentals for kayaks, paddle boats and restaurant and small market on site make this a great escape where you don't have to get back in your car for days. Perfect for vacationing with you pups as the dog beach is a few hundred yards... More

We stayed 5 nights and had the luck of getting a decent drive-in campsite, so we had a pretty good experience. From our observations, all the sites in the RV area and drive-in campground are pretty close together -- but some much more than others in the camping area -- they are not equal in size. Yet, they mostly all... More

The best parts about camping at this place is the physical location. It has a very nice beach, and a dog beach. We swam in the lake (in August) and it wasn't cold. Very clean. Lots of options for activities such as para sailing, jet skis, stand up paddle-board, boating, fishing, etc. It's all pretty touristy expensive but it's available.... More

This is a review of the RV campground. We stayed at site 121 which is bordered by the woods, so the back of the RV had a beautiful view. The campground is dotted with gorgeous tall trees and is surrounded by woods in the back and sides. What sets the Zephyr Cove beach apart from others in the south of... More

Stayed here at the RV park for a couple of nights while on a road trip. I can find no way to justify the $80+ ($70+ after AAA discount) they charged me per night. Yes, they have cable service and sewer at the spot. But that's where the perks end. Their WiFi is a joke. The lot is very crowded... More

Cabin and entire property clean and well maintained including the beach. Staff at cabins, restaurant and cafe attentive and courteous. Good location for exploring other areas of the lake. Dinner cruise on Dixie II was great fun.
