I stay here every week. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The rooms are nice and modern. It's nice having a restaurant, bar and casino on site. Completely full service once you get here you don't have to leave

I stopped here for breakfast on my way to Reno. My wife and I sat at the restaurant for twenty minutes and nobody showed up to offer any water or coffee. The waiter never showed up until I looked for the manager to let him know about the situation. We didn't bother to try the food after getting upset. We... More

This facility can only be described as a lousy, dirty, stinky, over-priced, piece of crap hotel. Do not stay here. They claim "luxury guest rooms". Not true! I've stayed in a lot of casinos and this is the worst.

This place rocks!! The staff (especially Reylene) at the Front Desk. She was very helpful. And even got our drinks for us from the bar. The Bartender was helpful but seemed to get alittle tired of our questions. Our room was great and great food. Although the only complaint I had was the server in the restrauant, she was very... The check in counter is in the casino so you have to endure the cigarette smoke as you checkin. Also to get to the restaurant you have to go thru the casino and the thick smoke. The winnemucca Inn has very nicely appointed rooms but our room had a view of a ten foot high block wall. It didn't matter... More

Stopped in Winnemucca in transit to Idaho. Nice clean room, looked like a recent refurb. Everything worked. Price was fair at $90, Good bed, nice nights sleep. All in all a good stay. had dinner in the restaurant. Price was higher than Denny's but the food was better also. Food quality was very good.

Lunch items are expensive if you aren't having a sandwich or burger. Nice salad bar with plenty of items for the price. Friendly servers. Basic casino food. Big portions. Good breakfast specials at cheap prices.

This was first leg pit stop on our rod trip to Sonoma, Portland, Vancouver and sunnyside WA. To tell the truth, none of the boutique hotels we stayed in later were significantly better than this one. It had by far the biggest bathroom, with a double sink vanity. It also came with a nice recliner and real DirectTV, not the... More

Driving on the long and lonely HWY 140 from southern OR through NV is crazy long and boring and your only prize at the end of several hours of near insanity is Winnemucca, NV. It was getting close to midnight and we needed a room. We initially tried the Best Western on the other side of the parking lot but... More

Stopped for a night when I moved from California to Idaho. Made my reservation weeks in advance and the reservation staff was exceptionally helpful. Several places would not take pets or had no vacancies or would not accomodate a later check in. I was traveling with a small pet and would be arriving after 8pm (later check in) - not... More
