I have stayed at the Nugget a few times, and haven't been displeased. The rooms are outdated, with old interior and worn down furniture, but I wouldn't expect anything else from older casinos. We enjoy the rooms with the huge bathtub. It is very relaxing to arrive there and take a nice, hot bath and then enjoy a night of... More

It was in the atrium section but not facing the atrium, It was quiet, however I have eaten there... More

It's sad that back when this casino was known as the Stateline Casino that it was the nicest in town and now it and the Red Garter are nothing but nonsense! The AC in the rooms have been broken in this hotel for a year. The staff is trashy and the rooms are not clean! Even the jacuzzi suite rooms... More

I have stayed at the nugget in the past, and now will only stay there if there is no other room available in West Wendover. And until they make improvements in the buffet, will not eat there again either.

Went to Wendover with the wife and some friends for a concert. Stayed at the Nugget because of an online promotion they were running....Big mistake! Pay the extra money and stay at the Montego Bay if possible. Walking into the lobby to check in the Nugget looked pretty nice...it was a real, my wife and I got up to our... More

It was our 33rd anniversary. A friend of my husbands arranged a free jacuzzi suite for us. The first room appeared nice until the TV didn't work. Asked for it to be serviced and later told it could not be fixed (the remote was never even moved). Went to dinner then came back and my husband went to use the... More

My Wife and I tried to stay at this hotel and we wanted to book one of their nicer rooms so we booked their Suite, $150.00 a night. The first room was so bad we ask to be moved. Holes in the walls, A leak in the celling that was causing the paint to peal off the wall, big stains... More

We usually stay at Montego Bay when visiting Wendover, but it was booked, so we decided to try the nugget. Big mistake, we got a jacuzzi suite and it was trashier than any other hotel I've ever been in. There was crusty white stuff on the shower curtain, stains on the curtains and pillow cases, and to top it all... More
