From the outside it doesn't look like much (nor does anything in the town, really). But open the door to the room, and it's like coming home. The bed was perfect, everything was white-glove clean, there's plenty of room, and despite being an older property, the room had all the amenities normally found in independent motels these days (micro/fridge, fast... This is an old motel. We had a clean bed and bath with lots of hot water. Gentleman checking us in was a kind old character who made coffee in the lobby in the morning. Two long trains went by right outside our window but otherwise it was fairly quiet. All inclusive $45 made it a value that exceeded expectations.... More

While this very old place cannot be compared to costly 4 & 5 star hotels, it definitely met ALL my needs and senior budget. After 10 hours on the road, I found Epsom salts at the Dollar Store and had a good soak in a very clean tun with instant hot water. There was a frig for my travel food... More

Very nice welcome from a kind man in the front office. Great rate and coffee in the morning. Room was extremely clean and large compared to corporate "standard" rooms. Wifi, heat, a/c, cable tv, refrigerator and microwave all included. I spent a comfortable, safe and charming evening!

My husband and I have now stayed here three times and have never experienced a single bug bite. As I am very sensitive to bites, that would be a game changer. This place is not fancy but has all the basics covered. Yes, you can hear the train. I will stay here again.

We booked this motel based on price, location, and reviews. When I checked in I noticed the office reeked of cathe urine. The owner was a crotchety old man who asked when I'd be checking out. I told him by 9 am. He said "my housekeeper starts at 8 so let's make it 8:30". 8:30?! If he was in a... More

Relying on the reviews in TripAdvisor I made a big mistake staying at the Sharon Motel. In the morning I had at least a dozen serious bites on my legs & body, which had been cover by a sheet so I know it was not mosquito bites. Checking the internet on the subject of bed bugs, the bites shown there... More

Wells, NV is a stop-over for weary travelers. Nothing there so checking in at 9:00 pm and leaving by 7:00 am there is no need for spending on fancy. Sharon Motel is run by a sweet older man, is very clean but very plain. He wouldn't let us leave without having some of the coffee he made. Total bill with... More

Clean room, hot water, small heater that did the job and comfy bed-all for $39. The room even had a small fridge and microwave. What more could a person want when making a road-trip? The host was friendly and welcoming. We'll return when our travels take us through this area again.

The motel was just as everyone else represented here. We had a great check in. It was fun being in this retro lodging. Everything was very clean. We felt completely comfortable. My only negative would be that we did hear the train numerous times throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper, give that some thought. I, myself,... More
