Clean rooms, good food, grocery store next door, Tonopah Brewery down the street. Silver and gold mine behind the Mizpah Hotel where they give tours, The Clown Hotel with old graveyard next to it. A good place to spend the night to be at pit six for the BITD Vegas to Reno race.

The Station Hotel is a quirky place built on a hill a long tim ago. There is an elevator but you still have stairs to walk because there are 2 rooms then 4-5 stairs then 2 rooms etc. all the way up the hill! The lobby is full of interesting dusty old relics and a huge real stuffed bear. The... More

After a long day of driving, we stopped at the Tonopah Station for the night. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very far from the elevator and we had to go up 4 sets of stairs to get to our room with all of our bags...terrible design. The room was nasty. It wreaked of cigarette smoke... More

Staff accommodating & restaurant good. Rooms need some repair & were not cleaned very well during stay. Got a bedspread with spilled food on it. That being said, front desk acted immediately to correct. Floors in rooms not vacuumed very well. All in all rooms comfortable. Love the decor!

the room was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant had good, reasonably priced food. There is a nice collection of mining collectibles and not very many customers in the casino, bar, or cafe. This is a good midway stop between Las Vegas And Reno.

Drove up from vegas on the way to idaho. January 2001. Half way to tonopah it was snowing fiercely and soon we saw many ditched cars along the freeway. Fwd mazda got us to the first parking lot which was this hotel. My family enjoyed the museum of old slots and old pics and such. Beautiful room. Nice folks.

We went in Tonopah Station Motel in Mid-July 2015. At first we were looking for a motel with a swimming pool as the heat was insane. There was no vacancy at the Best Western which was the only one with a pool. the Mizpah was also full so we turned to the tonopah Station. We were surprised by the ''Western''... More

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Depending on your tastes, you might see the property as having an appealing old-west kitsch or you might see it as really run down. Personally, I liked it. The rooms could probably use an update, but they are in much better shape that the casino area. Ours was clean and spacious and comfortable. The... More

Older hotel, kind of cool decor. The staff is very friendly. Housekeeping needs to be improved, we found left over M&Ms on the floor along with dog hair on the chair. There was soap on the shower walls that could have been easily removed because I removed some of it. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant. We ordered... More

This hotel is an antique lovers dream starting in the basement and continuing throughout the entire establishment including the casino, bar, and restaurant. There is RV parking in the rear and a nice laundromat on the main floor. The food in the restaurant was truly "home cooking" and our meals were reasonably priced and very good. The walls and ceiling... More
