We have gone to the Ridge Tahoe as property owners for 12 years. Every year we choose a week and take family with us. The Ridge Tahoe (Resorts West), is a well managed development. The units we have stayed in over the years, are always fresh and clean most with a beautiful view. The staff go above and beyond to... More

We had a great time exchanging our timeshare for a weeks vacation. The view of the valley is incredible! The unit was nicely furnished. Be sure to get a portable A/C unit during summer. ..we got one and it really helped as there is no formal A/C. The resort offers free kids, teens and adult tennis lessons for beginners, intermediate... More

Stayed here in the Naegle 10 tower for just under a week to relax and enjoy some hiking and sightseeing in the region. The ground-floor two bedroom unit was spacious and generally quiet. No real view from our unit, and the constant wind generally made it a bit too chilly to sit around outside aside from a couple hours mid-afternoon.... More

This resort has amazing amenities. The staff is very good. Our room was just a hotel unit but there was a fridge and microwave and a separate vanity so the shower, sink and toilet were separated by a door and we had another sink and bath vanity which I liked. Our view was beautiful but the room was very hot. We... More

We just returned from a lovely week at the Ridge, Lake Tahoe. We much prefer being away from the craziness of South Lake Tahoe, so we would drive down to the lake at our leisure. Our 1 bedroom was a #10 - great kitchen and bath, plenty of living space and storage, views of the lake from living room and... More

I will take a little responsibility for the disaster of our stay. We were there for my niece's 5:00 wedding on their grounds. We were extremely disappointed when tried to check in at 3 only to find out we couldn't get into our room until 4:00...not a second sooner. We flew in that day and my family all had to... More

The management was excellent. They went out of their way to help my daughter get started with her educational summer program. The concierge gave us information about hiking and the area around Lake Tahoe. The only negative comment is that some of the furniture where we stayed needed to be updated.

Here is my experience. I visited here during the summer. For South Take Tahoe, this resorted is located in the mountains about 4mile drive from the main casinos area. Deep on the back side of the mountain, the resort is a pretty massive complex. In the evenings, super quiet which was great. We stayed in the Cascade building which looked... More

I give 2 stars only because the room was nice. My family stayed here as part of a timeshare deal where they wanted us to buy . We paid $795 for 5 days and were promised 7 days anywhere in the world for free for listening to their sales pitch a second time.. First of all, NOT free. Don't fall... More

We stayed in a nice one bedroom, on the fifth floor which was perfect for two, but would be tight for more people. The room has a spectacular view of the Carson Valley; the type you might see from an airplane. That side of the building will get warm, but there are ceiling fans and a portable "cooler". The windows... More
