This is an older property that is well maintained and very clean. The rooms have full kitchens (range, full size fridge, dishwasher) and laundry. The laundry is in the unit. A shuttle bus comes by every hour. It goes to the resorts and down the hill to Stateline. It also conveniently stops right by a grocery store. I would stay... More

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed it. While the buildings are not new, they are clean and well maintained. If skiing is your thing, it's a short walk to the Stagecoach lift of Heavenly Valley ski resort. Great views and excellent hiking abound. Its a short drive to the Stateline casinos or the... More

This place is high up in the mountain but not too high up from Lake Tahoe itself because Lake Tahoe is also high up in the mountain. It is only about a 20-minute drive to the nearest lakefront. Also, it is about a 10-minutes walk to the chairlift of Stagecoach Lodge of Heavenly Mountain. Great for skiing and snowboarding in... More

All-in-all, I would recommend this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything you would expect from a time-share. Nothing spectacular but certainly nothing you wouldn't want to bring your mother :) The kitchen had all the standard things like plenty of plates, cups, and all the cooking accessories you'd expect. That is one of the nice things about time-shares,... More

The Good: Location is good for access to Heavenly and Tahoe Rim Trail. Shuttle going "downtown" stops right in front. Well-appointed rooms and facility. On-street parking. The Bad: Wi-Fi was slow. Walls are paper thin and no door to master bedroom. Made problem of cleaning personnel vacuuming and banging furniture around starting at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning a very... More

Great time share piece at a great price. My issue is with the lady who runs the front dest. Multiple times she would just walk right into our room without permission when she wanted to talk to us. One time she just sat down at the dinning table to have a conversation. You can tell she makes an effort to... More

Although the room was clean & comfortable with instant hot water, wi-fi, a full kitchen and plenty of hangers--the light over the bed had the pull missing, so it didn't work. I was told, "There should be ample light," ( from the bedstand table lamps). Our bedroom was at street level (no stairs) with construction equipment going by from 6... More

We are members of the Royal Aloha timeshare and stayed at Lake Tahoe over New Years Eve. We booked a two bedroom but got put in a 3 bedroom. One queen bed in a loft, another room had one queen bed and a third bedroom had two twins. It was great. Two bathrooms with towels and kitchen area with everything... More

Hi - we just have spent a week in a one bedroom condo at Royal Aloha Vacation in Heavenly Village up Kingsbury Ridge off Hwy 207. The condo doesn't have airconditioning but the bedroom has two ceiling fans. Recommend keeping the windows open in the summer and the doors inside open too to get a breeze. The living room could...
