This was our first stay in Lake Tahoe. We loved pretty much everything about Harrahs. The location is great, service is okay, the casino is nice and has all the games you want. TiP if the casino is crowded and you can't play the machine you want, take the tunnel over to Harveys and play there. They have nice rooms... more

Our first night there we went to Playboy's 50th Anniversary Party (which was lame), but the Vex staff was overwelmed at the size of the crowd going in the club. We waited in line for 2 hours and when we got up front they checked my wifes purse and would not allow her in cause she has a prescription drug... more

We reserved and paid for 4 adults, but when we got to the room there were only 3 towels. We asked a cleaning person who had a whole cart full of clean towels, but wouldn't let us have one, called housekeeping and the front desk 3 times between 5 and 9:30 pm and each time were promised a towel; nothing... more
