I booked Deluxe newly renovated room at this hotel and requested for a double-queen. I made this request about 1 week before my stay, but when I arrived, I was told that they didnt have double-queen for me. I arrived at noon when the check in time is 4pm... now I'm not sure how they run out of room for... More

Stayed here when skiing the Tahoe area. The standard of the hotel was good, but the best part is the location. Walk through the casino, cross the street, and then you're at the Heavenly gondola.

We went to Reno, for vacation and decided to spend a few extra days at Lake Tahoe, I had already looked up rates on the internet, so knew about what we were going to spend. I am a Total Rewards member, so I called the 1-800 and asked about a room for the night and she gave me a price... More

Hotel was good in an ideal location but strangely no ski lockers or boot room it was strange to be able to walk through the lobby in ski boots. A short walk across a busy road to Heavenly resort which was amazing. Luxury room was massive, I orginally booked a premium room with a view but on arrival was disappointed... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon in Lake Tahoe. After mentioning to the woman at the front desk that we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor overlooking the lake. The view from the room was so great that we didn't want to leave the room, even though... More

All in all, this was a great stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. They hotel had great amenities, as in the bars and restaurants and the starbucks in the lobby. Staff was very helpful. This hotel is literally across the street from Heavenly Ski, which was awesome. Also across the street from great restaurants and shopping.... More

First night we played Keno and slots (my 25 year old son and self) with only having to show Driver's license , just like every other hotel in Tahoe. Second evening we ordered a drink while playing and waitress asked for ID. She brought the drink but said she needed to see a passport. We explained we do not carry... More

I have stayed at Harvey's many times over the years. This time was no different. We stayed Dec. 30th - Jan. 2nd. for New Years. Harvey's has always been a fine place to stay. The room was clean and large and the bathroom was also very clean and large. I love that the room we stayed in (premium room) had... More

We stayed at Harveys for New Years weekend. We wanted a hotel with casino access and Harrahs was all booked so we settled on Harveys, it was quite a disappointment. Although they let us check in an hour early at 2pm, the room was very very outdated. Thin sheets, chipped old wooden furniture that looked like something my grandma would... More

We were assigned a "Classic" room in the Mountain tower. It appears the newer rooms are much nicer (and have better elevator service with more/larger elevators). The one we got was adequate, but somewhat dated (despite some renovations). I give it a very unenthusiastic recommendation (it wasn't bad enough to give a "thumbs down".... but I wish there was an...
