Great location with great views, but somewhat out dated decor. Slots are tight and did not see any hand payouts in 5 days. Sage Steak House was fair with terrible service, the meal was comped, but won't dine there again.

The check in experience was the worst I have seen in years. There were 10 people in line and only one agent. Stood in line for 20 minutes and went no where. Not until we went to the Bell desk and asked why there was not another person coming from the back to help did something finally happen. Have no... More

Biggest regret of our trip travelling round USA. Big tower block hotel so out of place in the lovely, picturesque south Lake Tahoe. Booked it months ago not realising what the town was like, i.e. should have got a lovely lodge or motel. Also didn't realise there would be a steep resort fee of $20 as its a casino. No... More

Yes I guess I am stuck on them but...I love the place...Not sure why though lol. I have been going to Lake Tahoe all my life and I just think its the only Casino worth staying in...I guess because its on the Lake side and you have a great view if you pick the rooms that have them. I like... More

If you've already been to Vegas and are there to see the lake, I really wouldn't stay here. There are many more picturesque places to stay. Our room stank of smoke despite being on a non-smoking floor. When I called down to reception I got the impression that they were very used to these calls as they didn't even apologise.... More

We only spent one night here butt it was great. Hotel / casino staff friendly and helpful. Casino dealers were great ! Casino slots were loose. Allowed us to make a few $$. Room was spectacular over looking Lake Tahoe !!! Would definitley stay at Harveys again !! Within walking distance to other casinos.

We booked a suite for a special weekend. The room was in the lesser Mountain Tower, but was nice, on the 10th floor, it had a good view of the lake, wet bar, sitting area with couch and 55 inch flat screen, whirlpool tub and tv in the bathroom. Everything was good until Saturday morning at 7:20am when we were... More

Excellent hotel with casino within few mins of walking distance to Heavenly Village. Harveys and Harrah's (same management) is one of the biggest hotel in south lake tahoe. Hotel and room is in clean/good condition. Just beside the lake. There's some shopping opportunities near the hotel and there's plenty of restaurants near the area. All within walking distance.

Nothing really to say, its an average casino type hotel situated in a beautiful area, room was clean and comfortable but there was something about the place we just didnt like, felt a bit dated and in need of a refresh, we were only there for 1 night Our rate included breakfast which is delivered to your room, I have... Our room was very nice. My only 2 complaints is while playing slots the power went off twice. At no time did slot personnel or management try to compensate for the inconvenience. And the internet totally SUCKED!! It was so slow that I gave up after it took 30 mins to load one web page. I made sure I told... More
