We read some reviews and had wondered if we made a mistake. The 3 night stay (Aug 14th - Aug 17th ) was wonderful. We have complained at other hotels or switched rooms but this was perfect. Check - in was fast and easy. The front desk clerk offered us an upgrade from our Premiere room to a Sierra Suite... More

Stayed at property 8/18/07 as "walk-in" guests. $309 for a "spa room" (#430)...had two queens - terrific pillow top mattresses and lots of pillows. It felt like the lap of luxury! The view was of the top of the casino (lots of HVAC units). The room had a desk, TV hutch, sitting chair and table, the beds, and a large... More

I recenlty stayed at MontBleu hotel with my husband and brought my two dogs. I had read some reviews that were not positive about the hotel but the website looked nice. I was surprised to see stains on the white bedspreads. The drapes were dirty as well with what appeared to be water damage. The bathroom to my surprise was... More

MontBleu frequently has specials in our local paper so we decided to give it a try. We had read the mixed reviews here before going and they are pretty accurate. The lobby, casino and restaurant are modern and stylish. Our room did not seem that outdated to me and had a lovely mtn view. Upon first inspection the room and... More

We had a little yorkie with us so we stayed on a floor where dogs were allowed. Montbleu offers this Pet Package for $35 that is suppose to include dog treats, food, a doggie bed, etc already in your room. Even though we notified them in advance we didn't have those things in our room upon arrival nor did we... More

July 23. The hotel room was filthy. Crackers, peanut shells, etc in a clearly observable spot under the bed where the platform meets the floor. The only thing that seemed clean were the towels. Comforter was very dirty (stained, I shudder to think). If a hotel is going to pride itself on using white bed linens it needs to do... More

One thing you should know about my wife and I is that we are not picky people. Things like weird smells in the lobby or outdated bathroom decor do not bother us. However, we do expect courteous and responsive service when we are paying $300 a night. A couple of service-oriented issues really ruined our stay...ok, it wasn't the issues... More

I love this place. My husband and I were booked for our first anniversary for 3 nights but stay an extra one because we enjoyed it so much. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and hot tub. The room was really nice with a private bathroom and shower. We stayed on the 18th floor and had... More

My best friend and I live in different states so once a year we get together for a girls weekend. This year we decided on Tahoe. We wanted to stay at Harvey's, but the prices were too high. I live in the Reno area and see ads for Montbleu quite often so I decided to check them out. The prices... More

We stayed here four nights because they accept pets. We had two small dogs so it worked for us. They have an area for dogs to use when they need to go outside. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The even offer a pet package with beds, tags, and cookies. We did not see any signs... More
