I first stayed there in 2006 and had a horrible experience; this was when the hotel was still finishing it's renovation and things were not all they were cracked up to be. We were invited back to stay to "make up" for the bad experience, which we took up on the offer for Memorial Day weekend, 2007. It was fantastic.... More

Mont Bleu hotel & casino has lavish decorations in the main foyer. The rest of the hotel has very simple (dare I say dated) decorations. The hot springs is a bit of a walk, but worth every step. The room contains a two-person jacuzzi, which I used frequently. The hotel is close to other venues as well such as wonderful... More

We were invited up by a casino host for two nights. Arrived late on Friday night, and checked in with no problems. We were given a room on the 17th floor with jaccuzi and facing the lake. The room is the old Caesar's room, not updated, but clean and nice. We ate at 24 on Saturday morning and had a... More

We were planning our wedding and made arrangements to stay at this hotel approximately nine months ago. We also reserved a conference room to hold a reception prior to the wedding since there would be many out-of-town family members in the area. The sales coordinator we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. She was the only positive. Prior to... More

Never in my life would I think I'd be writing a horrible review about a newly renovated Casino in South Lake Tahoe. I literally gambled over 2 hours and received 1 drink from the cocktail waittress with her no where to be seen otherwise. The renovation looks beautiful inside and their sports book area is alright but they definitely make... More

Check in was very unmemorable. No "Hello" or "Welcome to the Mont Bleu" or welcome to Tahoe! Lady said, "whats your last name?" Wow. Good customer service (sarcastic). Room was nice, no problems. Cafe was very slow at seating. Waited for a good 5 minutes standing there stupid. Casino was decent but dealer named Corey was not the nicest dealer... More

The bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in. Upon checkout, the bell hop failed to pick up my coat and hanging clothes from the bed. When I called 2 hours later to report my missing items, no one could find them They had disappeared from the room. The maids took them, never to be seen again. I followed up... More

We were treated to a mini suite for our 25th anniversary. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury for 3 nights. The bed was heavenly, the shower stall/steam room was a dream. The room was awesome, with spectacular views. We would love to go back.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I spent three evenings in a deluxe room and attended a work conference at the hotel. As noted in previous reviews, the hotel photos are inaccurate. First of all, the room and the hotel were NOT clean. It was obvious that the maids came in and made the beds, replaced the towels,... More

Last May, my partner and I had a wedding to attend in North Lake Tahoe and a concert the next evening at Montbleu. I stayed at the property once when it was Ceasars, and loved it. This time, however, I was sorely disappointed. The front desk staff was rude, no baggage service was offered, etc. The stay just went downhill... More
