This place should be torn down and started over. Wall paper is peeling off the window and in the bathroom. The toilet was leaking, but they came and fixed that. The pool bottom is bubbling up and peeling and the hot tub just blows bubbles and splashes you in the face. Gave us a view of a roof top which... More

If I would have read the reviews before making reservations, I would NOT have booked. Lucky for us because we had a great stay. We were there for the celebrity golf tourney. For beginners, it was my husband, two children, myself and our pet cat. The hotel was extremely accommodating to all of us. Every time we requested any type... More

We booked a total of three rooms for one night. One room had two band aides in the shower stall when we checked in. The other room had burnt out light bulbs and the third had a booger wiped on the wall. The carpets are so old the have a brown hue to them. The receptionist referred to us as... More

The lake view deluxe rooms had marginal Lakeview as Horizon casino, directly infront of this property, blocks most of the view of lake. It is similar to a Mountain View room with an extra price. In addition, the hotel room charge is expensive based on the quality of the room and amenities. It is understandable that the rate varies with... More

We stayed on the 11th floor, we had the premium room. It was large and had a Jacuzzi in the room. The bathroom was oh so fancy! They use Aveda products and shower was so nice. There was a double vanity. The room was very big. The bed was so soft. There was a safe in our room. Our room... More

They charged me 150 for an extra night. Its been 2 weeks and I still haven't seen any money placed back in my account, even though I have called them twice about the matter. They said "it takes longer to refund than it does to charge". Thanks for rubbing it in. Stayed here for my birthday weekend, and am quite... More

Just got back from an overnite stay at Mont Bleu. I booked 7 rooms for my family @ $65.00 a night + $10 resort fee. This was for PREMIUM rooms. The resort fee includes valet parking, use of the swimming pool and 2 bottle of water in your room. I didn't read any reviews before booking. I've been to the... More

I had a suite. The decor was hideously out of date - think 70's mafia, drug and prostitute movie. Pink ceilings, purple trim, no pictures. I could have lived with that, but the room was so dirty! Major stains on the chairs - to the point that I would not sit on them. The vent was falling down from the... More

I was excited when we checked in to the MontBleu, because the lobby and casino looked great. Going up to our room is another story. The room was dingy and the maid service had not kept up with cleaning the room (floor, carpet, etc..). The tub/shower, which maybe romantic for some, was a pain to climb in and out of,... More

First off I thought for the most part the MontBleu was a good hotel. The spa was amazing, the pool was great, the casino was fun and the dining choices were great too. Our room (805) was dirty and dingy. You can tell they brought new and updated furniture into old rooms, which I have no problem with, but a... More
