Do NOT stay here if they pay you! This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a hotel in my life. travel for a living and have much better experiences staying at a motel 8 then I had here. We had to change rooms 5 times. Yes, you read correctly, 5 times! Not to mention that we were... More

Stayed here from May 10-May 13. Bad idea. I stayed at Caesar's many times before the switch to Montbleu, and had great stays previously. This time was 180 degrees for several reasons: 1) shabby room conditions, poor repair of fixtures 2) arrived late at night, given 2 rooms that were not clean, finally ended up in a 3 room that... Me and a friend were in Heavenly for the skiing more than anything. Hotel is well situated for the gondola and there is a free shuttle bus which runs pretty regularly. we did walk it a couple of times, but in ski boots it is a bit of a struggle! Rooms at hotel were big and good enough for us.... More

I was staying the weekend with my girlfriend and we went down to the casino. She returned to our room to find one of the maids going through her jewelry bag and actually wearing some of it while the other maid was curling her hair with my girlfriend's curling iron!!!!!!!! She kicked them out and immediately complained to the front... More

I stayed here for a week in April 2006 with a group of friends. We each had a room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom! Very fun! The decor is fun - but think Las Vegas decor. There are no relaxing communal areas due to the casino downstairs, but you just need to throw yourself into the action! It is... More

My boyfriend and I made the trek to Lake Tahoe and stayed at the Montbleu for 2 nights. It could not have been any better!! The room was large, very clean, and the bed was heaven! I loved the bathroom, and the tub/shower was excellent. I really couldn't have asked for anything more! The pool & hot tub are wonderful... More

The MontBleu is fun, pretty stylish, with plenty to do and see. But it is definitely not four star. Our room was very outdated, although there were nice touches (aveda amenities, hot tub, fairly modern bedding). The hallways were so old. The casino itself smelled pretty foul- but we thought it smelled WAY better than other casinos! The casino was... More

I stayed at the MontBleu hotel and Casino the weekend of February 24, 2007 and had a plesant stay. This hotel is not the top of luxury, but it was nice for a weekend getaway. The hotel lobby and check in - somehow even though we arrived at 3:30pm, they didn't have any rooms left in the category that we... More

I unfortunately spent two weeks here in January 2007. I had been a players club member of Caesars Tahoe (the previous brand of this hotel casino) for a couple of years and once it became Montbleu I started receiving many good offers and complimentaries from them. Despite the mixed bag of reviews I had seen here on Tripadvisor for this... More

This was a "bounce back" stay. We got a free night due to our last visit (May 2006) there which was horrible. We had stayed last May for our anniversary. We booked online and received a mediocre room with a terrible view of the roof. It was super noisy outside of our room that we could hear drunk people at... More
