Heading home to B. C.from Palm Springs, we found ourselves needing to plan a stay for Thursday and Friday night during spring break! Checking rates I found this hotel casino was more affordable than others. When we drove into the parking lot it was packed with cars, but looking from the outside it was an older casino and hotel, which... More

Comfortable rooms with very good amenities and great decor just a very short walk from casino. Casino had an expansive array of enjoyable games with generally better payoffs than the "big" casinos. Cafe Bellini has great food at low prices with a wait staff that is superb -- just be prepared to wait awhile to get a table during main... More

Wonderful, clean, and fun hotel and casino. You will not have a better time than here! We are so glad we stumbled across this little gem. When we decide to go to reno. It will always be to Western Village in Sparks instead!

We booked two rooms for our group. There was no running water in one room, it never got fixed. The other room was a jacuzzi room with higher rates for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi didn't work. The casino is hands down the smokiest, most airless, most dirty casino I've ever been in. The margaritas tasted like the mixer was made... More

excellent casino with great food. The air quality is great considering all the smokers in the casino. Gift shop has an excellent selection of gifts for the people left at home. Strongly advise people to stop in and visit if in Reno.

This casino was much more comfortable than the better known and larger facilities. The food and service was better too. We were recommended by a local after we were unable to find a place to eat that didn't look like a place I'd rather not eat at. He was right and now it's my favorite when I'm in the area.... More

the locals support the restaurants and the casino that offers several comps and bonus prizes. it's a "come as you are" type of place with few "whales". the rooms overlook a man made lake with a walking trail. on the other side of the lake is a great mall with one of it's anchor stores being a Scheels.

Needed a room for a nite only in the Reno/Sparks area. Paid only $51.50 for a clean, smoke free room. I first thought it weird that the hotel was not attached to the small casino. Looked like a Motel 6 and a casino merged without adjoining to each other. Then, we realized the room was not all smoky from being... More

We had a great room on ground floor...short walk to the casino...and harbor/park area. The casino was excellent...very clean...I was impressed to see the floor workers cleaning off machines...wiping down everything...nice comfortable padded chairs at each slot machine. When we checked out the following morning........... I had left my Seattle zip up sweatshirt in the room...after arriving at our destination... More

This review is for the casino only as we didn't stay in the motel. As the title says...Think Smoke...That's all we could think about as we walked around the gambling area, this is the smokiest casino we have ever been in, it was awful! We wanted to eat at the Mexican restaurant there but the wait time was way too... More

We appreciate your feedback on Trip Advisor regarding your recent experience at Western Village. I want to apologize that the smoke was unpleasant for you during your visit.
