I requested a wake up call upon registration. I did not get a wake up call. I was almost late for a meeting. I did not look as presentable or prepared as I should have been. I voiced my complaint as I was running out the lobby door. The response was 'I entered it into the computer'. NO offer to try to satisfy a customer that will be spending weeks at a time in the area for work. As a family that once owned a hotel the attitude at this location was crass and unprofessional.
