We just returned from the ASA National Council meeting, we had a good stay at the hotel the staff was excellent, the food was good , the noodle restaurant was our favorite, the beds were some what hard but sleepable, the rooms on the west tower had great views of the mountains , we tried the gambling didn't fair to... I have stayed here before to play in the bingo bonanza. I have to say that the hotel is being well taken care of and the restaurants are just ok. I had a great experience in Gilley's Restaurant and had an awesome waitress. The hotel is not new, but the rooms are ok considering the price and the amount of... More

Check in was smooth but when we got to the room, the light in the bathroom didn't work. We called housekeeping and went to the casino. When we returned, the bathroom light was on. The casino in this place sparkles, right down to the poker machines at the bars. That's the good. The next morning, we discovered what looked like pieces... More

Overall, we enjoyed our week long stay at the Nugget. But there were lots of little problems that detracted from the week. Our group had two rooms and check in was awful. We were told one thing and it changed several times, finally getting into the second room near 5:00 p.m. We were in the east tower and the noise... More

We visited during Christmas break so the hotel was quite full. The pool complex is large, but there were so many visitors the kids could never get in the hot tubs and didn't really have room to swim around. The rooms were quite dated, think 80's - burgundy bedspreads, pink walls. Really need a remodel. Room service was fine. All... More

Have stayed here before and will return again. The West Tower rooms are showing their age, but everything was still good. The pool area, spa, and fitness rooms were very nice. Location is a quick and easy freeway drive from Reno's downtown area.

I have stayed at several Hotel/Casinos when traveling through Reno. Baileys was the best and this, by far, was the worst hotel ever. I should have known at check in that this was not going to be a good experience. First - Web Site reservations: I booked the hotel, 5 weeks in advance of my trip, on the hotels web... More

We just stayed here and the room prices were great. The hotel and casino were also great. The drawbacks, the hotel is next to the highway and pretty far from the down town area. We stayed on a Monday night and the only restaurant open was Rosies (think Dennys) and a noodle place. Both of the nice resturants are not... More

You can't beat the prices and it is conveniently located near a freeway. The front desk staff were all nice and there are two computer terminals and a printer right by the front desk for guests' use (as well as a Starbucks in the lobby area). They also offered free wi-fi in the rooms. It is unfortunately located right in-between... More
