After confirming our reservations via phone and was very satified with the price we got for the two night stay. We found out that once we settled in the queen size bed mattresses were very stiff and hard to sleep on. For a hotel as old as this one is you would think they would spend some of the income... more

We have stayed at the Silver Club three times. Two times I had no complaints. The price is right. The third time, I couldn't close the curtain, and it was very cold in the room. We called down stairs and they moved us to a different room, and that room was fine. On the third stay, I was wondering if... more

Buffet terrible, the fried food was recooked and served the next day. The A1 sauce was watered down. The resturant was amazingly slow after 25 minutes and only getting water I finally left. Casino security was unprofessional, I called security up to the sports book area where two men were in a argument about to be a fight and they... more

One of Reno/Sparks best kept lodging secrets and a relative steal for $19 a night midweek winter rate. Keep your expectations reasonable, and you shouldn't be disappointed. Casino is only a shadow of its rollicking heyday, but still offers the best odds for Blackjack with single decks and doubling on any first two cards. Rooms are very basic, college dorm-room... more

We have been staying at the Silver Club for about 15 years and have most always been pleased. The rooms are nothing fancy but neither is the price. We are on our way over there today as they have offered us free rooms for New Years weekend. I think the place is great. I don't spend much time in the... more

My husband and I just stayed at the Silver Club as part of a group. The hotel is located in a separate building, across the street from the casino. The lobby is small with minimal furniture, and smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the elevators. We were pleasantly surprised, then, by our non-smoking room (on the sixth floor), which was... more

I had read the previous reviews on this hotel, but had no idea that it would be as terrible as it was. We were on the first floor. We had to move from the first room they gave us because it smelled so bad. I swear it smelled like somebody had died in there, along with the smell of mold... more

Stayed here one night ,7/29 with our bingo bus group. This was the most dirty disgusting room I have ever stayed in. It was on the 6th floor (where they put all of us) and looked nothing like it did on their website. Everyone on our bus was also disappointed in their rooms, and called it a "dive". The carpet... more

We have stayed many times at this hotel and we have never had any problems, i have enjoyed each and every stay....The rooms are clean, service is great, and the food is good....The casino may not be attached but that is ok, as you do not have all the smoke and noise of the people gambling....I make about 5 trips... more
