I stayed here while attending the Tailhook Convention in Sept ' 15 . The breakfast was good as were the guys working in the restaurant. Jen was the best by far of the folks working at Reception with her ability to get things sorted with her can do attitude. The shuttle was free pick up / drop off at the... More

We specifically chose this hotel instead of staying in the downtown casino hotels where the holiday crowd gathered. On this christmas day the hotel was very quiet and we got a corner room on the top floor. The room is typically Holiday Inn but rather large size with good view and comfy bed. Overall a good valued stay.

Booked room while on the road. Was quoted rate for a queen, non-smoking room for 2 adults & small dog. Arrived at hotel & quoted higher rate. Staff said room was booked for 1 adult and no pet! Should have given us original rate as quoted by their staff! Told couldn't have complimentary breakfast due to used AAA discount. Told... More

We had to attend a jazz festival for my son's high school. We used our reward points for two rooms at the reno-sparks holiday inn. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted right away . A lot of people in town that weekend but everything ran smoothly. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel... More

We thought the hotel room was quite comfortable, a standard HI although the elevator was excruciatingly slow. I was glad there was no casino and that it is smoke free environment and there was plenty of parking. The lobby is not very inviting nor was the receptionist but traveling on points I can accept that. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed,... More

Comfortable room. Limited TV Channels. Weak WiFi signal Good on site parking. Poor sink and tub drain. Floor to ceiling window views Easy I-80 access. Close to the Nugget Casino. Poor AC. The room was warmer than I preferred.

Location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The room was dated with a loud air conditioning unit which made it difficult to sleep. Very few electrical outlets and they were loose which wasn't good. The toilet didn't flush very well (liquid). This hotel was over priced IMHO.

One night stopping point on a long drive and was a nice break. Comfortable clean rooms, nice pool, adequate exercise room. Good service, decent food for breakfast. Good value for this type of hotel, that is a one night stay on the way elsewhere.

This was just a stopping point for me. The hotel is old and a bit dated, especially the hallways! Nice big room and very comfortable but I think over priced. The hotel is basically in an industrial area with not much within walking distance.

One of our favorite places to stay because it is quiet and clean compared to some of the Casino/Hotels. I have stayed at other places in Reno and Sparks NV and always seem to find hairs, stains, and other stuff around the rooms but not here. Also, we appreciate the fact that it is non-smoking. The late night front desk... More
