Second time we stayed at Harrah's first time had room in East tower and it was better than expected and very affordable. The second time we stayed we paid extra for the updated rooms and we were very disappointed in the size of the bathrooms. There was less than 12 inches between the the toilet and the counter top and... More

We traveled in reno with our greyhound. My husband booked in this hotel. As we entered the room it smells dog's pee and you can see a lot of pee spots in the carpet! So disgusting! We will never stay in this hotel anymore!

Got to the hotel a little earlier and our room was ready. We had a non-smoking room in the West Tower. Had asked at the desk for a balcony room, but none was available. The staff is quite friendly. The room was adequate, with a coffee maker in the bathroom. There is also a refrigerator in the room which is... More

The rooms are a little small which is really only a problem in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, we would stay again. The check in took us a little longer than expected but it was a Friday afternoon.

Haven't been to Harrah's, in a while. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful. Prices for rooms weren't terrible. Our room was in the west tower, with a great view. Very enjoyable.

It takes forever to check in and the lobby area is the casino so its very crowded most of the time. The rooms in the newer "tower" are not as nice as the older casino hotel. Our room was not ready and we had a show to go to so we settled for a Tower room. At least they do... More

It was like taking a step back into the casino hay days of the 60s and 70s but the rooms were quiet. The rooms were a little outdated but clean and comfy. The staff was great and the pool clean. It is in a nice part of town and close to other amenities. I would stay here again.

This is a casino hotel and there is no doubt about that! However, the hotel rooms are amazingly dated. Hardly any outlets to plug in devices and furry shag lamps!!! Bathrooms have lots of mold in the shower on the tiles and the lighting is terrible. The food is pretty good however. The House of Hash serves "trucker size" meals... More

We have a bucket list of staying at all the Harrah's we can manage. (this is because of such a perfect time at the Kansas City location) So, for our anniversary, we decided to mark this and the Lake Tahoe location on our map. We ended up in the West tower. The room was nice, a little worn, but nothing... More

Harrah's is one of the established hotels in Reno that had been around a long time. The rooms are good, the casino is good, not much is wrong with the place. It's a good option in Reno. It's not extremely family oriented, but well within walking distance of places and hotels that are.
