This hotel has seen better days. The rooms are small and still have old, very small televisions that cannot be seen very well from the bed because they are so small. There is no refrigerator and no free internet access. The rooms are clean and maintained as well as possible, but they need refurbished. Also, breakfast is a problem for... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always find the room/service to be great. Normally, I have stayed in the East Tower (prev. Hampton Inn) and found the rooms to be great. This time I was "upgraded" to the west tower. I found the rooms to be smaller, but just as clean. I think I was "Upgraded" because... More

Recently spent 4 days at Harrahs Reno. Had an upgraded Jr. suite in the west tower and the room was really shabby. Light bulbs out, burns in the carpet and dirt everywhere. Large room but filled with useless furniture like couches and huge chairs but no dining table or dining charis so I could eat in my room like a... More

We flew to Reno NV to visit with my family,(daughter, Grandbaby) we stayed at the Harrah's. The only good thing about our room was it had a balcony. Our room had 2 full size beds and I am used to sleeping on a queen with my husband and the mattresses were not very comfortable. I ended up having a headache... More

I've stayed here 4 times in the last 6 months and I love the location ( can't get anymore in the middle of the downtown casinos than Harrahs ) the rooms are clean, a bit dated, not the biggest nor the smallest, great employee service and like I said, the best location in Reno. 50 feet to the Calveva casino... I've stayed here many times and it's rare that I ever have any issues. Like many hotels, it has two towers with only one featuring recently remodeled rooms. Even the older rooms are still 3* quality and the newer ones would be 4* if they were to replace the old TV's. On my last two visits, I booked the cheaper... More

Checked in 01/20, Orbitz reservations said we could have 1 King or 2 Queens. - NOT, 2 doubles. Only had about 18" between bed and dresser/tv. I personally hate beds without fitted sheets (and Harrahs does not have them). When you pull down the sheets/blanket the whole bottom sheet comes out and I have to remake the bed. Great shower... If I have to stay downtown, I would choose Harrah's for location and comfort. The rooms are smaller and the televisions may not be LCD, but I could care less. I am hardly in the room to watch tv. What is important for me is a comfortable bed and quiet, which I believe Harrah's has the better of than the... More

My mom and I took a coach tour to Reno last fall. We stayed at Harrah's which was the hotel that the tour company [Tour Hero] booked. Both my mom and I liked our room a lot. Spotless and nicely decorated with dark wood furnishing and appealing decor, it was in the East Tower, on the 21st floor I believe.... More

It wasn’t great, wasn’t bad, and the service was pretty good. The hotel layout is kind of hard to get around at times. More
