The owner is incompetent beyond belief! I made a reservation via the phone and received a confirmation number from the owner (Husband). Upon arrival he could not find my reservation under my name. I did forget to bring the reservation # which he blamed on me. As the proprietor of the place he should have had the number. To make... More

We spent one night at the Econo Lodge in Reno, Nevada due to last minute golf trip with my buddy. Trying to book a Saturday arrival in Reno at this time was difficult if you do not want to pay a premium price. The Econo Lodge is located right next to Interstate 80 and you can hear the vehicle noise... More

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced. I do recall your stay, which was during a time that our rates were lower than most other local properties. I recall that we mentioned the noise situation, at the time that you checked in, due to construction that was happening at the Hwy intersection. I apologize that there... More

The clerk was friendly but I could barely understand him. The room was small and well worn. The parking lot was too small for the number of people using it. This motel has seen better days and is very over priced for the quality and level of service provided. Wireless internet worked intermittently. To be fair, the AC, TV, and... More

I had to fly into Reno on business and needed a place to stay for the night. My friend talked me into staying at this Econo Lodge because it was around 3 minutes from the airport. That was the only good thing about staying there. There was no alarm clock. The walls were so thin that heard a lady in... More

Being in Reno for a week on a business trip, my wife, my son and I purchased a week at a hotel through Priceline, and we made the mistake of settling for a one-star facility. We ended up at the Econo Lodge on Wells Ave. The bad vibes began before we even checked in; we entered the lobby and tried... More
