No red flags here, some disappointments. Late-night check-in was congenial, but slow. The suites are nice, certainly, but beware the fine print on the in-room water bottle for $2.50 (you get free water and snack at check-in with Holiday Inn Exp). Breakfast is quite good, though the food area was less well-kept than competition. No ice machine, though the hotel... More

I recently spent four nights here because I was in Reno on business; they honor the government rate; I had very good experiences at other Residence Inns long ago; it isn't far from the office I was auditing; and they were touting their recent renovation. I was actually there during the "Renovation Celebration" Wednesday evening which was nicely done. As... More

I am a Marriott regular, and wanted to be away from downtown. This Residence Inn is a typical Residence Inn. Pluses: the usual Residence Inn amenities, kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings (I heard a dog bark once). Staff is friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area has a ton of good shopping and places to eat. Minuses: although it's... More

Thank you very much for your feedback on our hotel. We appreciate all types of comments as it allows us to improve our overall service and guest experience. While there is currently no Wi-Fi in the guest rooms, our lobby has excellent coverage and our newly renovated space creates a comfortable working environment for our guests. We will be continuing... On the way to California, Reno is a good place to stop for a night over. Hotel lobby was being renovated and somehow they managed to complete it in the morining for breakfast!. Hotel staff - very helpful and frendly. Updated room ( royality - Marriott). Did not have opportunity to use wifi. Upgraded room was very nice. More

I stayed there for about a month in September. The service was great and all the employees were extremly friendly. The hotel is in a safe area, but is a good distance from the top destinations in town. The lack of wifi in the hotel rooms is a huge turn off for me. It makes ipads/galaxies pretty useless. More

Young lady at desk was extremely nice and helpful. Have stayed at many residence inn's and have been great. This room was not exciting. We looked out the window at a wall, room was clean but not marriott clean. Not that many people staying, but it seemed they stuck us all in one block of the hotel. Breakfast was ok,... More

Located just off the highway close to the airport. Front desk staff were very helpful and we were able to check in early from our east coast flight. Nice happy hour events on most days. Rooms were very spacious as with most Residence Inns. Nice self-serve breakfasts. Try not to get a room facing the rear of the property, the... More

I bid on Priceline and this was the place I got by selecting both Reno and Reno South area. Good deal. It was a busy weekend in Reno and my favorite casino was booked. Other casinos' rooms were overpriced. This hotel is about 5 miles south of the airport. It is about a 10 minute drive south of the Eldorado... More
