At first it was Ok, lady that first checked us in is very friendly, gave us necessities that we forgot, toothpaste and Milk for the baby. Needed a few days near Reno and the Residence Inn fit the bill. It run by Marriott,, so I knew the standards would be high. Was not disappointed. The unit was beautiful and just what I needed. There wasn't any noisey neighbors and the breakfast was very nice (as well as the lounge it was offered in). Location was convenient... More

Didn't want to drive home and back the next day, so we opted the stay here for the night. Took advantage of the hot tub, which was open but pool closed. The evening "managers toast" was great and the breakfast was more than sufficient. The room was exceptionally clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone working there was... More

A Family member from back East had stayed there while visiting my dad in Reno and said that the beds were really good and that is one key factor that I... More

We only stayed one night, but where very happy with the room, the free breakfast in the morning, and most of all with the really convenient location. Very close to freeway access, and though we weren't near casinos, we could have been pretty quickly if we had wanted to. There was an open-all-night grocery store very close, which was pretty... Three story hotel with multiple buildings. I had an executive king studio on the second floor. Plenty of space, good bed, i like the desk with a window view, huge couch. Only downside was hearing the guest on the 3rd floor above me walking around as I was trying to fall asleep. It sounded like that person was walking in... More

The outdoor amenities were great -- basketball, mini tennis, fire pit, BBQ area & pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had enough to make it work for everyone. Loved the Paul Mitchell products in the room, helpful staff and the other guests were in good moods too.

We stayed one night in room 332 on October 4, 2014, in a queen size bed studio room, for a concert at Peppermill resort hotel. It was a great stay. Michelle was our check in agent, she was knowledgeable and nice, thank you for the great service. The decoration and furniture were little dated, you can tell from the dated... More
