I have stayed here many times when my children were young. This is a five day stay (we check out Friday), I am here with two grand daughters and a disabled adult son. I have always stayed in the regency tower (all ten visits through the years), however after this vacation, I will not be staying here again. I was... More

We live here and play at most of the casinos around here often. By far this is our favorite casino. Love the Cabana Cafe for its convenience for a snack or a meal. The rooms are nice, not luxurious, but we don't spend much time in the room except to shower and sleep. The amenities, soap, lotion etc. are very... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but the casino itself was fun to play in and they had some nice promotions for new members. We ended up playing and getting a free buffet for supper, which we appreciated. The food was good and the servers were really nice.

Booked this hotel on priceline. Got a great rate, but the old addage, "you get what you pay for" is true. From the garage to the front desk there were some questionable characters in the garage as well in the casino. I did not feel completely safe. Also, the room was clean, but there is a sliime factor and did... More

I had prepaid for two nights, after having them switch me to a non-smoking floor, I left and checked into another hotel giving up my prepaid stay. I was moving to the area and seriously considered not moving to Reno after my visit there. The "pool" is a joke, it is across the parking lot on the corner of the... More

Booked on line at a very reasonable rate. Got to the hotel and not sure what to expect. The room was large, adequate and clean. Goof value. Tried their Mexican restaurant and had a very tasty chicken taco salad for under $10. They even had Bingo!

Booked and stayed at the Sands Regency during Hot August Nights. What a diamond in the rough. Excellent parking, friendly outgoing staff, speedy check-in with a complimentary beer while we waited in line. What a wonderful touch. Very spacious rooms certainly not the most modern rooms in Reno however very clean, comfortable and affordable. Dining choices were perfect and very... More

First the good....the room was clean and nice with easy access to the casino and restaurants and was near the downtowm strip. I had a great prime rib dinner at the Copa and good breakfasts at Mels. The Pipeline bar in the casino was a great place for a drink and to play some video poker, I even won a... More

Stayed here during the Hot August Night weekend, and had a great time. Check in was easy, and they had lots of parking for the hotel guest. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. They had a varity of gambling options, and the restaurants were all good especially Mels Diner. The service from the reception desk, hotel staff, parking lot attendant,etc... More
