And we have stayed here before. It was during Hot August Nights, and they gave us a huge room! It had a jacuzzi, sitting area with 2 couches, there was a wet bar, and we had a view of downtown. Yes the room was dated, but for the price it did not matter. The A/C was weak but not noisy... More

We got a great deal on this hotel for just $15 a night on Hotwire so our expectations were low. The room definitely needs updating but when can you get a Room for $15 a night. The room was large with a nice view of the mountains. All the cocktails in the casino are $1.49 each. If you're lookIng for... More

I myself and several others have asked them to change the music back to what they usually play and they have ignored all our request the management her right now cares only about themselves and taking your money the buffet has conformed to left overs which they will also serve you at the Copa I would refrain from calling the... I stayed here in my transition to Reno. The carpets were stained and the rooms need to be updated aliitle. I did enjoy the Jacuzzi and the view even though there were a lot of people in it. Mels Diner and Arbys was nice. The pool area was fun, but the drinks were a bit expensive for a cheap casino.

The rooms are decent. Mels Diner is attached to this hotel it is a great place for breakfast and great service. The Steak house in the Hotel is a Joke. You could see through the steak! Not at all like the huge pictures they were showing all over the casino and Hotel. The meal was also not cheap. We were in Reno... More

I have stayed here many times when my children were young. This is a five day stay (we check out Friday), I am here with two grand daughters and a disabled adult son. I have always stayed in the regency tower (all ten visits through the years), however after this vacation, I will not be staying here again. I was... More

We live here and play at most of the casinos around here often. By far this is our favorite casino. Love the Cabana Cafe for its convenience for a snack or a meal. The rooms are nice, not luxurious, but we don't spend much time in the room except to shower and sleep. The amenities, soap, lotion etc. are very... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but the casino itself was fun to play in and they had some nice promotions for new members. We ended up playing and getting a free buffet for supper, which we appreciated. The food was good and the servers were really nice.

Booked this hotel on priceline. Got a great rate, but the old addage, "you get what you pay for" is true. From the garage to the front desk there were some questionable characters in the garage as well in the casino. I did not feel completely safe. Also, the room was clean, but there is a sliime factor and did... More
