This is a great location, its central to various restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and so forth. The check in clerks were pleasant and accomodating. We had previously booked via the 1-800 reservation line and were not guaranteed any of our requests, however, the clerks were very accomodating to our needs and gave us exactly what we were looking for. It was as good as the price was, I paid around $40 for a nights stays, there was no non smoking rooms available. It was not a good experience more

We stayed here March 17th, 2007. We're 2 retired women teachers who were invited to a small party in Reno. Three weeks in advance we tried to book a room for March 17th in every major hotel in Reno.
