We had been driving all day and just wanted a place to sleep. The area wasn't great but it was convenient. We were settling in when I saw a bug scurrying up the wall. The lady from the office gave us some Raid with the advice that the "sprayer shoots a long way and you don't even have to get... More

not the greatest area in the world but i guess safe enough.... It is Reno...The girl at the front desk told us we would have to park the motorcycle trailer in another location down the street, wasn't going to happen.. The TV is old and everything was out of date... The rooms aren't clean at all..

The room was ok, but the other guests and locals hanging around the parking areas seemed "shady" at best and left us feeling less than safe. Also, as we've found in other Motel 6's, a "Non-Smoking" room means turning over an ash tray with the words "no smoking" on it. The room still smelled of smoke. No lids for the... More

Bad neighborhood. The smell soooo bad! Like stale animal urine! Bad stains in carpet. The front desk people nice. They even moved us. Still the smell bad. Sketchy guests. That's what we get for not reading reviews! Do homework next time.

Evey year my wife and I stay here on our way to San Jose. We returned again this year for a late night stopover. We pulled up about 1am local time to request a room. The check in was quick and plesant. Our room was clean and quiet, easy to pull right up to and unpack our things. The bed... More

Motel 6 is a lot like McDonald's. You know that it won't be good, but they are cheap and everywhere and you generally know what to expect. Even for a Motel 6, this one falls way below the standard, kind of like getting cold fries and soggy burger when you leave Mickey D's. I suppose my biggest issue was the... More

As a fairly new resident to Reno, I've had multiple stays at this property while I'm searching for an apartment and a full-time job. For the most part, it's just another Motel 6. The up side is that this particular location has central heating and air in all rooms, which, in my opinion, works much better than the wall units... More

..it's quiet here. Rooms are clean and the showers updated, the beds comfortable, and the non-smoking rooms have actually been non-smoking. This is your average Motel 6 as Motel 6 goes, and it's a much better deal in Reno on the weekend than most places, and pet friendly of course. Unless they are close to sold out, check out the... I stayed at Motel 6 for an extended amount of timeand experienced the most horrible treatment from management. several Mexicans staying there started an open flame BBQ behind my horse trailer, in the rear of the facility. I asked them to please move as a result of the fuel I was storing in the rear of my truck, they moved... More
