The room was good for the price but nothing outstanding at this hotel. My laptop connected to the free internet once but after that no connection. I called the front desk and they could not be bothered. After trying everything I gave up until the morning. I called the front desk again and the person was too busy to deal... more

I could not believe the value for money of this hotel. I paid US$50 per night with a voucher from a travel booklet. Great service, modern, very good rooms, excellent swimming pool and only 5 minute drive from the attractions of Reno. Not to mention the free continental breakfast. more

We stayed two nights at this hotel....within our first five minutes, just as we got our suitcases unloaded into the drawers and clothes hung up, the air conditioner nearly caught fire....it heaved, gave up the ghost, and black smoke was BARRELING out of it. I called the front desk, and I admit I was disappointed with her 'oh, I 'll... more

We have stayed at a few different La Quinta's, but this one wasn't up to par. It was nearly as bad as the one we stayed at in Fresno. When we entered the room, it smelled like feces. The bathroom tub was dirty with a broken drain plug and a used washcloth hanging from show curtain rod. The rugs felt... more

First time staying in Reno, was there for a ski trip. For the two of us, La Quinta was a good deal at $45, which included the contintental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable place to stay, staff was friendly, was convenient to the airport, downtown, highway, skiing, etc. Would stay there again if I ever get back to Reno. more

Speng one night at the La Quinta while traveling through Reno. The room, although clean and adequate in size, comfort, and amenities, felt a bit sterile in atmosphere. Nothing cozy about this place. This was an okay place to spend a quick night on the road. Kudos though to the breakfast and to the breakfast lady. The waffles were a... more

Spur of the moment road trip landed us in Reno, NV for the holidays and we needed to book a hotel upon arrival. When we called this location, not only was the price extremely reasonable, but they also allowed our pet for no additional fee. In today's market of charging from $10-50 for a pet to stay on a property,... more

This is the fifth time I've stayed at this inn for the past 2 years. Before they completed their redecorating, it was definitely a 2 star due to the noise of the guests, and of course the road noise being situated right next to the highway. When I stayed here last week, the room was nice and clean, has a... more

Used Hotwire and was provided with this property for my stay. Property is 2.5 stars and the rating is appropriate. Very convenient location to the airport which was great for an early morning flight. Nice size room and the room was extremely clean. Property was not elaborate but for an economy hotel definitely a step above the others. Next time... more

After reading the reviews below, I almost cancelled my reservation... But I'm so glad I didn't! This La Quinta definitely isn't a 4-star luxury hotel (or motel, for that matter), but I would in no way compare it to Motel 6s or Travelodges. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious and very, very clean.... more
