My husband and I decided to take a one night trip up to Reno with our 2 year old and decided to stay at Circus Circus for his entertainment. Given if we were traveling just the two of us we would have stayed at the Peppermill as it's remodel is beautiful but we thought we'd give Circus a try. I... more

I self parked in the parking garage and navigated to check in who were polite and helpful. I was told to use a monorail to get me to my tower this seemed to move people just a few yards so I chose to walk. The room was fine and plenty of channels on the TV. This Hotel is connected to two... more

Circus Circus is located right in the heart of downtown connected to two other casinos/hotels (Silver Legacy and El Dorado). You can either walk outside to get to the other two or use the walkways (which house their many restaurants). After we waiting 10 minutes to check in, we got the 27th floor of the Sky Tower. We parked our... more

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The kids had a great time in the circus area, playing games and watching the performers. My hubby and I had a good time in the casino. Breakfast in the restaurant was good! All in all a good place to stay with family! more

The room had a funky and disturbing odor, the noise from the halls was nonstop. A dismal experience over all. Oh and let me not forget to tell you that it took forever to find the ar again. The mammoth parking structures are poorly marked. more

Stayed here while visiting my brother in the hospital nearby, got a great rate and check in/check out personnel were very friendly, courteous and kind. The Good: Stayed in the North Tower. Room was huge, nice size closet, large bathroom, appreciated the in room coffee setup. Room was very quiet and had a nice view. For the price, it was... more

I stayed at Circus Circus for my anniversary. Everything was going so so. I had to wait an hour longer to check in because they didn ot have a smoking room. Then when I slid off of the bottom of the bed, I was sliced by a 2 inch piece of metal sticking out of the bed. It was horrible.... more

Spent a Saturday night here in January, and had a fantastic time! It began at check-in..I'd reserved a mini-suite & originally it was to be in the Sky Tower, but since I was on crutches, the friendly woman who checked us in changed it so that we were in the North Tower (same bldg. where we checked in) so that... more

As usual the staff is extremely friendly and efficient, a great experience...save the food and food service. Luggage was handled promptly and quickly, check-in was serverely crowded yet friendly faces were behind the desk. Room service promised the food in 45 minutes...it did arrive on time. But that's where the problems always have existed here. Flimsey fries...puny burger, and an... more
