“Grand Sierra Resort”

Great time has alot of amenities besides gambling,movies,shows ,pool (weather permitting)and gym. Close to airport, Maria and other employees very friendly. Fantastic restaurants loved Charlie Palmer steakhouse.

“Needs to improve!”

The rooms are very loud and the beds are not that comfortable. The biggest gripe is the food at the restaurants here. Poor food quality, and unprofessional staff. This place has a unique decore and the theme is dark. Rooms are dark each room has a huge mirror that is tinted and the closer you get to the mirror the darker it gets. “Average, but with some pluses!”

The hotel was ok. WEIRD big empty corridors that you have to take to get to the weird pool and arcade, but big casino. Tons of slots. GOOD restaurant choices. CLEAN rooms. BEST shower ever! “Good First Time Stay”

Booked a room online 2 weeks before trip. Requested 1 bed; was able to check in early but only rooms available were 2 beds which wasn't a big deal. Nice clean rooms. Wish the bath products were a little higher quality for the type of hotel but none the less had an excellent stay.

“Terrible...stay at la Quinta or others like that”

No service, DIRTY room...stuff left in fridge, bathroom unclean (vanity ) and hair ties on floor. Pool closed for 21+ crowd Sundays 2-10pm leaving children and teens NOTHING to do. Resort fee pays for nothing if you can't use pool with anyone under 21. No advance notice given. Pool security only cared that you were 21+ as no hotel key... More
