we chose the hotel because of its location....which is of walking distance of all the other Casinos in Reno...the room ..overlooking the river was spacious (it was a Deluxe King) and very clean... rather small bathroom though, but that seems to be normal nowadays...the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in for three days without problems on my back...the down... more

What a terrible stay. In chronological order: 1. I stayed for my sister-in-law's wedding. I'd made some desserts, which I put on a tray in my room because I didn't want them to melt in the car, covered with saran wrap and foil. When I came back after housekeeping was there, my tray and my desserts had vanished. After complaining... more

I am a weekly player @ Siena I drive over 3 hours to get there each weekend and I play more than plenty and I get offers from Siena for Free rooms however, when I go to book these rooms nothing is ever available. I have gotten a room one time on the mountain side and it was the worst... more

This isn't the type of hotel I'd expect to find in Reno, but that's what makes it so nice. Think of it as a large boutique hotel. The check-in procedure takes a little longer but that's because only a few people work at a time and instead of walking up to a counter, you sit down with them at a... more

We drove to Reno with our 3 kids for a quick family trip and had a blast. The slots were fun and we won a a nice medium jack pot. The staff here is polite and the food slightly above avearage, no arcade for our kids The Siena Hotel Casino is a very nice hotel on the river just up... more

I am a local of Reno and I love their spa. Although it's not as big or glitzy as the other spas in the area, their massages are great. I highly recommend Amanda. Stay away from the Peppermil. Their customer service is atrocious. Have yet to try the Atlantis, but I really prefer to come here with my girlfriends. They... more

Very much enjoyed my stay here. I knew going into it that it wasn't going to be one of the glitzier hotels in the city so I didn't have my expectations too high. Upon arrival front desk was more than happy to honor our request that my travelling party and I all have rooms in the same vicinity. We were... more

The Siena Hotel and Spa is not just a casino. In fact I think the casino is more of an after thought. I have been traveling to Reno for business and pleasure periodically for the last 15 yrs. Although I enjoy playing in casinos I prefer to sleep and eat away from them. The rooms and services at the Siena... more

We recently stayed at the Siena Hotel in Reno on a Saturday night. A number of years ago we were here and stayed in a room overlooking the river and it was great as far as I remember. This time I looked at their website and decided to stay in a Deluxe Queen suite for $125.00 thinking this would be... more

Great hotel (and I'm picky). Wonderful location right on the river. Down pillows and comforter. Very large room. Comfortable bed. Very nice personable staff. Very clean. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. more
