I visit Reno once or twice a year for 4-6 days. Despite being a low stakes gambler Sienna offers me a free room for 2 nights. The location is right downtown next to the Truckee. It is quiet and clean. The smallish casino has a wide variety of slots. The rooms are fresh and nicely decorated. It feels safe. The... More

The staff is trying and the facilities are reasonably updated. However --- my air conditioner did not work, my blow dryer quit the second morning, the pool was drained (in mid-June). That said, its clean, its safe, and its walking distance to my office. Spa is never open during my visits ( I think they said its open weekends?).

Returned Tuesday from our latest trip to the Siena. And believe me we'll be back. There were so many things right with this Casino. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Left home without our room guarantee and player cards. No problem, John took care of it immediately. We had a handicapped room which I later learned was recently upgraded.... More

This is our first pick when ever we go to Reno. The location is perfect, easy parking, in walking distance to activities, restaurants etc. We like the small casino, but if want something bigger...all in walking distance. But when they mess up...its usually big. This last visit, we went to both restaurants...coffee shop and upscale. Both places...excellent service, food and... More

While our room on the 2nd floor, at a good price, was small, it was cute and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, outdoors. There were some nice views from up there. Pool tile is so pretty. Casino small but nice. Plenty of offers for cocktails even playing penny machines. Had dinner in their... More

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable overlooking the river. If prices are comparable to other hotels in Reno i would always stay at the Siena. The restaurants have the best food and service in all of Reno. In the afternoon start in the Rotunda Bar for a happy hour drink with appetizers then go have dinner in DaVinci's overlooking... More

We booked two rooms, one for one night and one for two nights. When we booked they said that they could not guarantee us non-smoking rooms. They said that they only had 1 floor for smoking, so most lkely we would get non-smoking rooms. We checked in early hoping that we would get non-smoking rooms. No such luck. The rooms... More

Hi Guys -- We have lived in Reno for years, and visited the Siena on many occasions to drink, and gamble...and drink. :) But this was our first stay here. Honestly, I was really surprised how comfy I was. I think some nice upgrades may have been made to the entire hotel/casino since it was taken over by new owners.... More

The Siena offers a nice break from many of the aged properties in downtown Reno. While the casino is not the biggest and some of the rooms are undersized, the property is clean, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed here recently both as a business and leisure traveler and was not disappointed.

Great location on the Truckee River and well located to downtown or midtown. Reception was bordering on apathy and disinterest. DaVincis was possibly the worst meal in Nevada. Mushrooms served with my steak were burnt and over seasoned with salt. My partners pasta was very substandard and even our water was tasted like detergent ... Waiters were disinterested and service... More
