Beautiful room with good amenities, nicely kept and apportioned. Tenth floor had a nice view. Restaurants were very accommodating and reasonable. Casino floor was clean and the staff was attentive. Bell service and valet was very professional. Great place to stay, We'll be back!!

We have stayed in Reno many times but never at the Atlantis. Our favorite has always been the Sierra Resorts (formerly Ballys--Hilton) and this one is almost equivalent. The only negative we noticed was the lack of restaurant choices. The only really "nice" steakhouse was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there and the other choices were basic... More

Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Not all restaurants were open while there. A little disappointed by that but the buffet and coffee shop was outstanding. Casino has a vast variety of machines and table games to play. There is a large open arcade for the kids.

We usually travel together but this time I had to visit by myself. As usual, there are no complaints from us. We're treated well, the rooms are excellent, the food is great and reasonably priced. We were formerly "fans" of another major casino in Reno but we're Atlantis folks now. We will both be visiting in September and anticipate another... More

We have stayed at the Atlantis on different occasions. Our most recent, however, was marred by the penetrating cigarette smoke. Most (maybe all) Nevada Casinos are open to the smoking public, but some are more tolerable than others. Our previous visits were typical, but not objectionable. On this stay, we had a room located on the 14th Floor. Just entering... More

Very classy place with all the latest slots. Rooms and casino well appointed. On the edge of town away from the worn out downtown. It has that Las Vegas feel to it. Easy to spend hours here gambling. Very comfortable and safe for an overnight stay.

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous stay at the Atlantis. I honestly had low expectations but was utterly surprised by our stay. One snafu-we booked a king concierge tower room-unfortunately we were given 2 double beds-when I called down to the front desk they were not able to accommodate us. Not a huge deal but a bit... More

Great Experience, was just a spot to sleep on a grueling road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but in my one night I received great service, had a great room, and an awesome dinner at the Atlantis Steakhouse. Top Notch.

Great if you're with another adult, but NOT for kids. The only place children are allowed is the 2nd floor gaming center, which is nice, but gets old after awhile. My daughter was NOT even allowed to go in the gift shop! I won't ever stay there when I've got my kids with me!

the employees no matter what their roles are, make you feel welcome. My husband is disabled and uses a walker and they always accommodate us whether at the buffet or coffee shop. They are always looking out for him when he plays his favorite games, the hostess always make sure he has a bottle of water to keep him hydrated.... More
