This hotel takes great care of you. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suit and it was wonderful! I would recommend staying here anytime!! The location is great and they shuttled us to and from the convention center because the walk was to much for some of our bowlers. They even took us in their limos!

We had never been to Reno before and stayed at the Atlantis based upon online reviews. We weren't disappointed. The Atlantis lived up to expectations in every way from nicely appointed rooms to friendly and knowledgeable hotel and casino staff and was well priced. If ever we are back in Reno I would reserve at the Atlantis without hesitation.

The whole team was very pleased with Atlantis. Our rooms were big, clean and comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We could easily walk to the convention center and shuttles were provided to the Stadium. We expect to come back. The smoke in the casino is tolerable, and the rooms were fresh.

We have eaten at the Sushi Bar on previousl trips. The quality was definitely not as good this time. We looked forward to eating there before but probably won't in the future. Very awesome service from all staff! The Bell Captains, in particular, Troy, were very helpful in getting us a shuttle ride to downtown Reno and service for storing our luggage, etc. Room service was very prompt and got us extra amenities we needed (i.e. a buckwheat pillow! Just like home!) Thank you. Just wished Atlantis was closer to more casinos!

Our 2 days stay was heavenly. Full of good food, luxurious lounging and fun. The staff - shuttle drivers, registrars, cashiers, waitstaff, those encountered as we wandered aimlessly, and housekeeping were excellent and made us feel at home. We can hardly wait until our return next year.

Living down in Southern California it is a long trip up but the service provided at your Casino and Hotel was great. We came for the Keno Tourn. but enjoyed all of the gaming.
