We enjoyed our stay at the Peppermill very much. Sure, there were a couple setbacks, but good things far exceeded them. The room this time was great. If I had to make a gripe I would say, the price of drinking water. Our intentions are to do a repeat next year...all of us.

If value is what you are looking for then this is it! Very reasonably priced hotel, although somewhat dated decor. The beds are very comfortable and amenities like free wi-fi and shuttle service to the airport is a plus. Large, spacious rooms but again the "tuscany" theme is a bit cheesy.

The accommodations are excellent weather your in a regular room or a suite. Love the orange scented shampoo and conditioner provided. The Peppermill is a phenomenal hotel and casino and has a top notch spa right onsite. I love that they go the extra mile - brought up a refrigerator for my weeklong stay and even called after check in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will stay no where else in Reno.

Great place and great value for money. For less than $100 I had a room with a jacuzzi and a steam room. Total in room spa experience. Even the dealers at the casino were friendly. Came out ahead for the 1st time. Would certainly recommend the place so others can experience their hospitality.
