Modern casino hotel. Room was very nice with some nice touches ie: remote curtain drawing. Huge line to check in, but it was Labour Day weekend, and to be fair, the line moved very quickly. Wifi was free and decent speed. Room service was good, but like most hotels, 18% gratuity and delivery charge added. If I went to Reno... More

As I've said in other reviews, I go through Reno several times a year and book wherever I can get the best deal. This time it was the Peppermill.I stayed in the West wing, which is a separate wing away from the main facilities.I didn't care about this but my wife thought it was to much of a mission to walk... We were promised King bed in the North Wing. We arrived late at night after a very long drive and difficult day. They sent us to a room in the west wing with two double beds. Argh! Too tired to complain, we stayed there. We had requested a mini-frig when I made the reservations and they brought it to us... More

Was everything we expected and then some. Price was reasonable, staff was friendly, room was beautifully appointed and the beds were comfortable. We didn't do any gambling so I can't comment on that, but our stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Almost didn't write a review as I don't: Gamble, drink, or smoke; all things popular is Reno casinos. Remembering that lots of people come for sports events in Reno I thought I'd help them out. First, a non-smoking room in a casino, just means there aren't strangers smoking in your room while you sleep. Everything smells smokey here, but it's... More

We have stayed at the Peppermill many times and it is always a first class resort. I think we are even getting married there. All the restaurants are great, especially the Japanese. All the rooms are nice, even the cheaper ones. We prefer the Jacuzzi room in the old tower. Everyone there is so nice and nothing else really compares.

Had a free upgrade due to a little mishap but I'm sure glad we had one because we got upgraded to the Tuscany Towers. Felt very luxurious and relaxing. I loved my stay here. The location was a tad out the way from where we wanted to be (for a wedding) but it wasn't nothing a vehicle couldn't solve. lol.

Years ago The Peppermill had the reputation of being the nicest hotel/casino in the area. It was always a little pricier than the other Casino Hotels as far as hotel rates and food but it was always worth it because they were just better. You always knew you were going to get a great meal in any Peppermill restaurant and... More
