My parents invited my husband and I to visit Primm over Super Bowl weekend. I have visited other casinos and was expecting the smoke but I think this was the worst I've experienced. Our 3rd floor non-smoking room even smelled like it had been recently smoked in. I did not ask to be moved as our party also had the... More

I love Primm. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The casinos are great and the Players Club rewards are extremely generous. I generally eat at the Original Pankecake House in the Primm Valley Casino which has great food and many items you are able to get help portions. The GP Steakhouse is wonderful with great food.

Primm is a fun place to go if you want to game, but don't want all of the hassles and crowds of Vegas. It is not a place for tourists though, as there isn't much to see. While the hotel is old, the interior of our room was modern. We enjoyed playing Keno, and the Original Pancake House has delicious... More

Let's just say we left after first night even though we prepaid for 3 nights as part of golf package. I only gave 2 stars because staff was very nice. The place is a real dive, run down, worn out and falling apart. Bathroom trim falling down and just left there, furniture all dinged up and scratched and plain 10-15... More

After reading many reviews of all three hotels in Primm, I still decided to book Whiskey Petes - it' was $35. I mean really, for $35 I wasn't expecting much, and I was OK if it wasn't a Marriott! Then I looked again before my trip, and saw Primm Valley Resort was on sale and was only $8 more. Reading... More

This was my first time staying at this resort, must say I was impressed, with the property and the hotel staff has the best customer service, I have experienced, I have visited a few of the major resorts on the strip and the customer service is not very friendly. Primm employees are more welcoming, and enjoy there job, like Ms.... More

The biggest draw used to be it was on the nv/ca border, so you could drive over and gamble without going all the way to the Vegas strip. Now it's the hotspot for NV residents to buy lotto tickets! It's a very nice, small, clean casino with most of the newer games to play. The buffet is small but very... More

I knew it was a matter of time before sadly this property became as nasty as the other 2. Its sad , we enjoyed going here at least once a mth for the last few yrs on our way to and sometimes from Vegas., and I have seen the decline . Litter , crumbs etc in the hallways I doubt... More

I have done this casino before but thought I'd let everyone know of the changes that have occurred since the new year of 2016! You can no longer get the free buffet for 500 points. They are now charging a $3.00 a night service fee for each night booked, even on comps!! I was pretty disappointed in trying to check... More

The lack of service and attention was disappointing. I called for the room to be cleaned three times and never came. Employees did not seem enthusiastic or genuine. 😩😔 We didn't feel appreciated as patrons and doubt we'll be returning. The hallways smelled and the carpet was not vacuumed
