We booked our 2-night stay for 2 rooms through Terrible’s phone in reservations. Upon arrival my husband dropped me at the door with the luggage so he could go park. I went to check-in and noticed the 2 sets of doors were not automatic. Not one of the staff members helped me struggle with the doors including the valet guy... more

We stopped here on the drive back to Fresno from Las Vegas, hoping to have breakfast at the cafe. My husband is allergic to dairy products (which I will define as anything from cow's milk -cheese, milk, butter, cream). When asked if his omelet could be made without dairy, we were told everything is made in butter. When asked specifically... more

My husband and I and friends attended a concert in Primm and decided rather than drive back to Las Vegas we would spend the night. First of all upon making the reservations we asked the reservationist which hotel the concert was located at since we had never been out there other than to the Outlet Mall. We were told Primm... more

I actually posted this to the wrong Primm in Las Vegas. It should be here. After a trip to Death Valley we stayed at the Primm Valley Casino at the State Line. I was pleasantly surprised that I could book a room for a Friday night on 2 days notice for $28 including tax. But then, considering the current economy,... more

Went to Primm on the way home from Vegas to swipe our cards to win free gas. We were awared 2 free buffets. Wow! The food was horrible. The only fresh item on the salad bar was the lettuce. Everything else was prefab out of a carton. The fruit looked like it was hacked with a machete and was beginning... more

We started our stay by going and dropping off our luggage into our horrid hotel room at Primm Valley Casino and then by going to Tony Romas for a late lunch. The food was excellent and for Primm staff they were pretty good! Then we played a few hours, went to the Smokey Robinson concert (which was amazing) then headed... more

The bad reviews on this site are 100% true. We booked Thur-Sat. Only 2 rest open for service. Pool was closed. Asked for a room with a view (staff parking lot). The outside noise was terrible. We both agreed this is the worst trip we have taken in 10yrs. The food was ok. The buffet finally opened on Friday, the... more
