I watched a waitress roll her eyes continually as customers requested things. We ate at this restaurant three times because the breakfasts are free, and only encountered one polite waitress. Even the guy vacuuming the casino was upset when he had to move out of the way for people to get by him. I think they all need to find... More

We had stayed here before and this time we stayed unexpectedly since our RV broke down and needed to be repaired. The staff was wonderful. We had two rooms and had our five children with us and our older three attended a local day camp during our visit. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and our kids loved the pool. Also... More

Was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews about Saddle West. We have been visiting here for 20 yrs., about every 5 years. Have always made it a point to stay 2-3 days at Saddle West. Well as far as being run-down is concerned. Don't know what these people were looking at: the grounds, rooms, restaurant & Casino are... My husband and I, along with 4 other family members, stayed at Saddle West Hotel & Casino due to a recommendation of Front Sight. It was perfect for what we needed and the food packages where great to have. The front desk staff were a delight and the cafe staff where friendly, patient and very helpful. By the end of... More

Pretend you are on a Western Frontier. It will make the Saddle West Hotel seem more like an upscale hotel of another era. Although clean and welcoming, it's not a luxury hotel... Now the breakfast is another thing altogether! Wow! What selection and what great omelets are great! There are oatmeal AND cream of wheat, and waffles, fresh fruit, pastries,... More

I have stayed this establishment several times. The rooms keep getting more expensive without significant improvements. There is ample parking for larger rigs even semi trucks. They include the breakfast buffet your room package and the food in the buffet is much better than the last visit. Overall a pretty good value for a Friday evening stay

We made reservations based on friends who were staying there too for the Front Sight classes. First of all, during checkin you are standing in a room full of smoke that you could cut with a knife and Checkin took forever! We stayed in bldg 2, our room did not have a frig, coffee maker, or a blow dryer...Really?? Had... More

When I made the reservation for a room at the Saddle West Motel in Pahrump, I didn't know what to expect for a budget priced motel. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The spacious grounds were beautifully cared for and the large heated pool was situated in an enclosed courtyard. The room was exceptionally nice for the price.... More

As stated its a Motel not a Hotel as its name suggest but its clean and comfortable. We of course were not there for the Casino as we do not gamble but was in town there for my stepsons wedding. Its VERY hard to find the Motel sign in through the mired of slots and Casino garb. Its well hidden... More

Stayed in bldg. 2. Seemed nice enough til I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. After making coffee in the morn couldn't find coffee cups, had to drink from plastic drink cups. Front desk wasn't very concerned with our complaints. Definitely wasn't worth the $100 we paid. Comp. brkfst was good, excellent omelette and plenty of fruit.
