We go to Pahrump with about 100 other people every year for a golf tournament ,and the majority of our group stays at Saddle West . The rooms are not exacly top notch, but they are comfortable and the rates are low. The pool is already a bit small for the number of guests the hotel holds, so it gets... more

Totally satisfactory room: clean, quiet, and a fair price. The reception was buried in the middle of the generic smokey small-town-Nevada casino. The women behind the desk when we checked in could not be bothered to assist us, however. We were on our way to Death Valley, about which the hotel had no information. Still, the price is fair and... more

The Saddle West Hotel and casino was a typical casino hotel with lots of smoke and the registration desk buried deep in the middle. No ability to get a cart for luggage, no ice for cold drinks in room, no refrigerator or Microwave. We basically paid to have a shower and bed. Nothing close to car for moving luggage. 4... more

Older hotel rooms but the customer service was very good. There was a lack of water pressure in the shower in the morning but we lived through it. The room and beds were clean. The casino is fairly large for one outside of the Vegas/Laughlin area. Lots of nearby restaurants. The pool area seems like it would be very nice... more

Stayed 2 nights at the Saddle West, Motel type complex with simply beautiful landscaping. All the staff that I encountered there were helpful and pleasant. Small casino, but my money lasted longer there. Drink Service was good and dining was priced right for the budget minded. Rooms are clean and cozy. Can't wait to go back in a couple of... more

Stayed at the Saddle West mainly through lack of options on our recent trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas. Went through Yosemite and Death Valley on the way and ended up in Pahrump. All the other hotels in Pahrump were booked (it was a Friday night) so managed to get a room here. Glad we did in the end... more

It's a cheap hotel ($55 double queen). The room was clean. The Casino and lobby were smoky but the room was a no smoking one and it was clean. It's a good location if you want to make a stop between Death valley and Las Vegas. more
