Neighbors talked all night! Dogs barked all night! No one to complain to! Worst bed I have ever slept on! 235.00 per night for a 65.00 a night motel. Yes great place to get away from the heat! Never stay there again!! Restaurant food was mediocre at best.

This is strictly about the restaurant. We did not stay overnight. We drove 100 miles to have lunch in a gorgeous setting. The setting WAS gorgeous. The food was terrible. Hubby had the ruben.... it had all the right colors and texture but no taste... very bland. He wasn't even convinced there was sauerkraut on it. I had the Mountain... More

My husband and I had stayed at the Mt. Charleson Lodge years ago (at least 5), and at the time felt the cabin was not well maintained ---- dusty, things in disrepair. And we felt that for what they charge, the upkeep should be better. Therefore, we didn't go back for quite a while. However, last summer (2014) and this... More

We had a good meal here after a great hike on the Bristlecone trail. The employees were very nice and the views and air was great too. Sit outside if it's a nice day. Loved that the patio area is dog friendly. Leaves were turning yellow for fall...so pretty.

Didn't use the lodge for overnight but had a wonderful lunch outside after an invigorating hike that was suggested by the hostess at the restaurant. Great service, friendly staff and very good food. We ate on the side that is animal friendly and got to meet several cute and friendly dogs.

I booked a room here for a gift and paid by credit card. Unfortunately I had to cancel; and was told there was a 10% cancellation fee one day later. The staff was not helpful, friendly or apologetic; just said they were charging the 10%. I have stayed here in the past to escape the heat; and the cabins are... More

I rated this as average because I thought the property could use a little TLC. It has seen better days and a little paint and some decent finish carpentry could go a long ways towards giving it back the class it once had. The bar and restaurant was excellent. Reasonably priced for a tourista place. Overall, we paid for the... More

We made the drive from Las Vegas and it was a tremendous experience. We are from Florida so the scenery and the change of scenery as we went up the mountain was breathtaking. The views were fantastic and the food was delicious. And the relief from the oppressive Las Vegas heat was welcomed. We will definitely return here every time... More

I have eaten at the Lodge at Mt Charleston on several occasions and have enjoyed it very much. Friends I have been there with enjoy the views and food as well. If the weather permits, eat out on the patio and enjoy the scenic surrounds. The temperature is usually 15 to 20 degrees cooler than Las Vegas. Especially during the... More

Quite a change in scenery from Las Vegas . So we took s rental car here for a brunch. Great outdoor deck with views of surrounding mountain. Service was good . A good breakfast menu, and my pancake selection and coffee suited me. A fun spot at top of mountain.
