This was part of a side trip from the Vegas strip. We were delivered to the casino around 12:15 pm and as part of the trip we were given a $10 food voucher that we were told could be used at any place on their property. The buffet didn't open until 5, one other restaurant didn't open until 5 and... More

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. It was a decent hotel, although very busy. The line for check in was insane, but the front desk clerk was very friendly and managed to find a good room for me. The buffet was terrible, but the Italian restaurant was good and the Pizza there was DELICIOUS!!! I would certainly stay here again...it... More

If your ever vacation in Laughlin, try the Tropicana casino, It is the cleanest and most up to date hotel along the strip. The slot machines will provide hours of fun by giving you back some of your deposits so you can stay playing unlike some of the other casinos in the area. I wouldn't recommend the buffet for breakfast... More

Stayed in promenade tower. Avoid! Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were like sleeping on a rock. Room was in poor condition. Rug worn and torn. Bathroom had a "musty" smell. Furniture in poor condition. Stay here before years ago when it was the Ramada Inn, but has gone down hill since . Left after two days ( had a four... More

I had booked dinner RSVP and we spent half a day here....making two visits....and were HAPPY!!! Actually won a few jackpots....enjoyed some better slots and entertainment....and overall REGRET booking the Belle....sorry... More

My first experience of this hotel was to step into the elevator to my room. It was filthy! I didn't even want to get near the walls. The elevator door looked like it had not been wiped down in months! (disgusting) Rooms were clean but in definite need of some updating. Pool was always so crowded, was never able to... More

First the good: very quiet, great comfortable bed, great air conditioning and great Samsung Flat Screen TV. Now the bad: filthy carpet with many stains. We would not walk on the rug with bare feet, flip-flops only. Bathroom soap, picture a soap the diameter of a Kennedy half- dollar and the thickness of three half-dollars high. And as you use... We have stayed here Many times. The rooms are not the best, however the bands and bartenders are great. We have had good times and good luck at the Tropicana. But on our last visit (Feb.) we had items stolen from our Adult Tower hotel room: Ipad, charger, speaker, husband's toiletry bag with his shaver and medication. These items were... More

Stayed in Room 758 in the old tower not the Premier Tower. The room was clean but it was clear the furniture was outdated and needed to be replaced. The dresser looked like it had taken a beating, nonetheless, the room was clean and everything worked....We had dinner at the restaurant and had no complaints...Danced at the lounge with the... More

Chicken was dry and tasteless. The shrimp was soggy. The cold crab was small and not worth the time to find the meat. The end cut of roast beef was fatty and tough...and the hot crab? How come you have to stand in line and wait for a cook to meter it out for you. What's up with that? Afraid... More
