We spent last week-end in Laughlin for the Regional Youth Soccer Tournament. AYSO Summerlin, Las Vegas booked 100 rooms for our teams at the Tropicana. Amazingly, the hotel raised the prices and gave us the oldest, worn out rooms instead of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were dark and definitely in need of updating. We were very disappointed since... More

We were passing through and had not planned to stay so we only stayed the one night; what a night.................The bed was "Oh so soft" and the pillows were great, one each feather and one each made of the other stuff. We both slept 8 solid hours. We were on the 6th floor and it was quiet and peaceful; a... More

The bath tub had a screw to pull out for the shower to come on.. The train diner was excellent the servers were quick, kind & very friendly.... The casino was very smoky even in the nonsmoking section.. I heard they're working on making improvements maybe the floor we stayed on just didn't get started yet?

Over the years, we have been fortunate to be able to stay at this hotel & casino; however, it is not usual for us to win money, and this time was no different. Food and entertainment were very good. We stayed on the 10th floor, and it was relatively quiet. The fourth Wednesday of each month the hotel honors military... More

Just stayed 3 nights at the Tropicana Laughlin. Had a great room and a great time. The room was clean and up to date. The food at both the buffet and the café was awesome. All the staff was friendly. The casino has lots of new machines and some old favorites.

After checking in, we went up to our room on the 22nd floor of the back tower of the property. The interior of the elevator was disgusting... it looked as though people had coughed, sneezed, or vomited all over the glass and doors, and it hadn't been cleaned up. Exiting the elevator, we found the area to be clean and... More

The stay would have been okay, but the lady at the front desk was very very rude. She treated my grandma as if she were stupid. She really made the hotel experience horrible. The casino inside the hotel was also just alright. Everything could have used an update, I felt like I was in the 1980s

This is my return visit from about a year ago. I was afforded a complimentary stay due to have joined their players club. The room on the 22nd floor was quite nice. I had a view of the river and the casino strip. The room was quite nice. The king sized bed was comfortable. The furnishings were good. The TV... More

We made a 7 night reservation at the Trop through booking.com because breakfast was included however, to our surprise, the confirmation revealed that 'included' meant one time per stay, not every day. Further study revealed that many customers had been fooled by this policy. We decided to stay two nights, Friday and Saturday over Halloween, when the breakfast would cost... More
