Many people are saying that this place is filthy, or that the help was mean or disinterested in working with the customers. I did ask if I could have one of the newly redone rooms. The service desk was extremely polite, as well as the security desk. The room was fine. Plenty of hot water for a shower and a... More

A great place to stay in Laughlin. Nice rooms, nice price, Could not ask for anything more! Desk staff was helpful. Just a fun little oasis away from the bustle of Vegas. If you want a quiet good time, this is it!

Run down, dirty, thin walls. Enough said . A bulldozer rather than a remodel is what this place needs. Check in went smoothly . I apparently got the last king ,nonsmoking room. Just as i was about to go to sleep the female person in the next room began to speak.. Filthy mouth, every word audible . Never again. Got... More

The Pioneer is a good place to stay and is usually the cheapest hotel in Laughlin. It is also the only casino hotel where you can park right outside your door which is a plus for me. The rooms could use up-dating and the furniture was pretty worn but overall the room was clean. The mattress was by far from... More

Let me begin with the fact that I would never want to stay here. The only reason we did was because we were travel long with my 80lb Labrador. The Pioneer allows dogs with no size restrictions. Thank you for that Pioneer. We normally stay at River Palms with the dog, but they will re-open in Nov. Our trip was... More

We had a family reunion in Laughlin this past weekend. All of us took our dogs and stayed at the Pioneer Hotel. The hotel room, I can only comment on the dog friendly rooms, was very plain. By this I mean no hair dyer, no coffee maker, no ironing board, no extra's. It has old mattresses, but the room was... More

Got lucky on my reservation and was treated very nice on the phone. Check in was a breeze and the front desk clerk very helpful. An automatic $50 is charged to your credit card, however, it is refunded at the end of your stay, unless you use it. The elevator that they do have....very scary and it stinks. Upon entering... I stayed at this hotel, 7-12-14 to 7-13-14 and did not have a good experience checking in. The front desk staff who checked me in was very rude, did not smile or make eye contact. I politely asked for a ground floor room and he stated "I don't have any". I asked if there might be one available later in... More

Stayed for a concert. Great price, clean big room, and comfy bed. Internet is not free, decor is old, no in room hair dryer or iron, but worth the price. Would stay again. Casino closes at 2AM ; whhhat??? Restaurant was decent.

Only "Pet Friendly hotel" in Laughlin... Disgusting! Carpet looks as if it was the original carpet from the day the hotel first opened, filthy, stinky, urine stains left untreated... Ran into a skunk by the fence near the river front while walking the dog, quickly went the other way. Found fleas on the towels and in the bed, moldy tub/shower... More
