It had been awhile since visiting Laughlin-so when we did go we couldn't wait to visit the Pioneer and eat their wonderful breakfast buffet(oh the bacon). Arrived at the Pioneer to find that they had changed the Boarding House into Brambleberry Flats or something like that. The service was horrible - our server not once came to see if we... More

Of all the hotels in Laughlin that allow pets, this one makes you leave a $100 pet deposit, but when you leave, they quickly do a pet check and if there is nothing wrong, they give the deposit back. Other hotels make you give up the deposit, which would not be a deposit but rather a pet FEE. The room... More

OMG,i realize everything gets old,but maintance is always required to maintain anything.Worn floors, scabs of the toilet enamel missing, the showers remind me of what bad patching( Bondo )looks like,Torn and rotting curtains, washboard hard beds, horriable cheap thinly made linens,OMG and no pillow top anything. There are no amenities to create warmth and comfort here.It just so happen to be snowing outside and the... The only reason I stayed here was because it was pet friendly. Room was only 29.99 a night but the most expensive motel in Laughlin was only 44.99 the evening I stayed. Upon checking in I had to sign a form saying I did not have anyone under 18 in the room with me. Made me feel a bit creepy... More

If you want a dive that probably hasn't been remodeled since 1982, you've come to the right place. This room comes with crunchy carpet, mold in the bathroom, a small TV from the 80's, and uncomfortable beds. I can only guess that some have loyalty to the casino and are judging the motel with bias.

Pioneer Hotel and Gambling Hall is one of the few pet-friendly options in Laughlin, so we chose it for a one night stop en route to a camping trip at Joshua Tree National Park. Our room, 615 I think it was, was both pet friendly and non-smoking, though it did retain a bit of a stuffy, ciggie smell (probably after... More

Many people are saying that this place is filthy, or that the help was mean or disinterested in working with the customers. I did ask if I could have one of the newly redone rooms. The service desk was extremely polite, as well as the security desk. The room was fine. Plenty of hot water for a shower and a... More

A great place to stay in Laughlin. Nice rooms, nice price, Could not ask for anything more! Desk staff was helpful. Just a fun little oasis away from the bustle of Vegas. If you want a quiet good time, this is it!

Run down, dirty, thin walls. Enough said . A bulldozer rather than a remodel is what this place needs. Check in went smoothly . I apparently got the last king ,nonsmoking room. Just as i was about to go to sleep the female person in the next room began to speak.. Filthy mouth, every word audible . Never again. Got... More
