Stayed one night while traveling and we were pleased. We were in a Handicap room on the 14th floor and it was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and spotless. Everyone on the hotel staff, was courteous and helpful. We would stay there again if traveling through. The on site Steak House was... More

I used to stay at this property when it was the River Palms....now that the folks from Dotty's has taken it over, makes me really yearn for the good old days....what a joke!.....they advertise on their website that they have remodeled rooms with Micros, Fridges, and Coffee Makers as well as flat screen tvs..but that is only true if you... Well, after coming to Laughlin since the mid 80's I've seen this property change owners a number of times but this time it's the WORST. What used to be the most interesting casino layout in Laughlin is now the most boring. Remember when you walked into the casino and could look down to the lower level? Well they have completed... Have not stayed in the hotel, but the casino is quite nice. And if you go into Dotty's it is even nicer. They have free snacks and beverages. It is quiet in Dotty's and you can play in comfort. They have office type chairs at most of the slot/poker machines. The rest of the casino is laid out kind a... More

We stayed New Years Eve. It was so crowded and busy and the staffing was not very good. Four people working the hotel desks so the lines were huge. Our room was nice overlooking the river so we saw the fireworks. Very nice! They don't have black jack tables yet so that was a disappointment. In the morning we went... More

Not a casino atmosphere at all. Hard to find actual casino from entrance on the riverwalk. Like walking into my doctors office. Had a points wall where you can trade you points for material item just like Chucky cheese. Not my style at all. Everything was separated by walls or rooms far apart. Bingo had multiple round tables... once I... More

This place should not have opened until the renovations were complete. Rooms so-so. Casino small. The Lodge Restaurant which is opened on weekends is still very good, although our server was not, he was rude with an attitude.

This place is now the Laughlin River Lodge. We booked a room to see what renovations they had done. The rooms are still old. They give you a 55'TV in the room but only 8 tv channels and the picture was dark sO there was no point in the big tv. The casino was clean but very small! The only... More

This hotel is now under new management and is call " Laughlin River Lodge". The room looked nice cosmetically however the sound on the T.V. was poor. When I looked at the bed in the morning there were obvious Bed Bugs... What more can I say, you hear about bed bugs but to actually see them makes a person feel... More
