4 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

I went 2 weeks before Christmas, and stayed 3 nights on a special online rate. This is extremely slow season, and it gave me a good low-cost trip away by myself--my sole purpose. I drove there from the Phoenix area. It's a Colorado riverfront hotel It's safe, all rooms are inside and there is good security. There is an outdoor... More

Disappointed at every turn. Very basic rooms, unsatisfactory service, expensive internet. I have cancelled my second night and will be checking out another hotel. This has been. My most dissatisfied stay in a North American hotel.

This review pertains to the Sedona Wing of the hotel. Room was slightly smaller than average, and very plain with few amenities. There was a small table and 2 chairs, a full length mirror and an iron and ironing board in the closet. Absent was a coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. The flat screen TV worked, but reception was horrible.... More

Stayed here several nights between Veterns day and Thanksgiving.I got a great room in Sedona tower with river view for $19 after tax , and a free breakfast buffet. I ate at the Belle, better food less people and noise than the Grand buffet. My rooms (different stays}were very nice, maid service was outstanding and the little lady at the front... More

My brother and I stayed one night on a Road Trip. He got it for $18 night on Priceline. The beds were newer, the room was clean. The bathroom was old style and could use an update, but was clean and not bad at all. The property is within walking distance to everywhere and all in all it was a... More

We stayed at the Edgewater for 1 evening. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms have been updated and are alot more desirable. The beds are comfy! To us that is important for a great nite of sleep. Our toilet was not cleaned and clogged and we waited for 45 minutes for this to be taken care of. The... More

All the Staff were Excellent in their respective tasks and Friendly all the while! I especially got some Major help from the Front Desk and the Bell Man on keeping the delivery of some flowers to our room a subtle secret from my Wife. As well, the table operators/dealers and Pit bosses were quite phenomenal in remembering me by first... More

The casino was nice and all the staff where helpful and friendly. The Inferno night club is very laid back and comfortable. The comedy show was cool for only $10 a ticket and the drinks where very reasonably priced. All in all a nice place.

Reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant, but I love a low room rate, and $18 a night was perfect. It didn't take long to figure out the bad smell in the elevator lobby of the Sedona Tower, it is built right over the loading dock, and the dumpster (guess what America? Our garbage stinks!) You can verify this... More
