This is our 3rd stay at the Colorado Bell.Had 2 rooms for 2 nights in the New Orleans Tower. Rooms were nicely redecorated, furnished and clean. Fantastic pillows! Check-in clerk was very friendly and efficient. There seemed to be a shortage of "do not disturb" signs. I even made a hand written one and placed it on the door...it was... More

Items stolen from room when we were out, Security said they would investigate as the had the card system & could tell who had been in room. After 2 days I heard nothing so I called and was told the investigation was still going on. I made a police report just in case the jewelry was pawned at a local... More

This hotel has so much potential. The price is a bargain but someone needs to take a high powered pressure washer to the exterior for starters. There are very offensive odors in the hallways and elevators. The Pint is nice and very convenient but the Loading Dock which should be nice is a dive, salad was limp and brown.

There is nothing that I can recommend about this hotel, or Laughlin for that matter. I was here on business. Dirty, rundown, seedy, etc. The fact that they have to do room checks every morning speaks to the clientele they attract. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is among the worst.

We stayed there for 2 nights on Sept 14 and 15. Not a 5 star hotel but tremendous value for money. Yes the rooms are a bit outdated but they are a generous size and were maintained every day. Facilities are good enough in the hotel. Biggest bugbear is having to pay for internet. Would I stay there again? Definitely... More

We stayed in the "renovated" New Orleans tower. In my opinion, the most important aspects of a hotel room are: bed comfort, air-conditioning, shower pressure, and overall cleanliness. I gave 3 stars because the beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioner worked well and was relatively quiet, the shower pressure was fine, and besides finding a mop in our room, it... More

This is a mix review the hotel should be 4 stars and the casino and rest of hotel 2 stars, the hotel rooms are nicely appointed with great beds new linen, great towels and regular amenities, flat screen TV and newly remodeled carpets, noise level good, and the non smoking rooms ok with odors, the halls have an older musty... This casino hotel is not new, but some of the rooms have been updated a bit, and you probably can't been the rates, anywhere. Plus, they often run specials offering free breakfasts and a little real free play in the casino, which is great if you're not a gambler. The building was designed to look like a riverboat, which is... More

While at Pints Brewery we asked for a pitcher of beer, when we received the pitcher we noticed there were bugs floating in our pitcher. We asked our waiter to take the pitcher back and to call the manager. When the manager arrived, we explained to her what happened, and her response to us was: Oh, I'm sure it wasn't... More
