Good place to stay if you're boating on the river or Lake Mohave. I prefer it to the Laughlin hotels. Plenty of boat parking and river access. Stayed here for 3 nights with 15 yr old son. We got one of the rooms that they recently remodeled. Big room with two queen size beds plus little table with chairs.
