I paid for a deluxe room and was assured that i was upgraded upon checking in 'to a wide screen room' - The only good thing about our room was the fantastic view of the strip :0) Bad sides were - No double glazing so you could hear all the traffic 'all through the night' you could even here people... We spent 6 nights at the Excalibur hotel in November 2011. I found the hotel room to be spacious, very clean with no complaints!. For the price, the room was fab and surprisingly quiet for Vegas. So much to do within the hotel with everything you may need entertainment / food related however, as it was our first time in... More

First of all, the parking area for the hotel is terrible! All of the hotels have an elevator going from the parking garage to the hotel. This one, unfortunately, doesn't. My family and I ended up personally dragging our luggage to the casino entrance. From there, I didn't see any ramps for handicapped people or for those who have luggage,... More

I thought with the new renovations, or updates to some of the rooms ( called the widescreen room) would be worth paying a little extra. Rooms that are out dated and unclean is not my cup of tea. Check in was decent, fast. Staff was polite. Our room was in Tower 2 with the pool. When we got to the... More

We stayed 3 nights from Jan. 13th-15th. We had a great room on the 24th floor looking over New York New York. We had a big, comfortable king bed. Our room was a non-smoking room with a great view. Excalibur also had free wired internet, which was great with out small laptop. We enjoyed walking to Tropicana, New York, New... More

My luggage was stolen in the room's corridor, just in front my room`s door. I had to talk to every hotel's department and nothing was done. They took no responsibility about what happened and I had to pay the full reservation price. They have security cameras to the ice machine but not in the room's corridor. In addition, the door... We stayed 1/23 - 1/27/2012, in Tower 1 on the 24th floor, in a room with a great view. It was your basic "standard" room without any coffee maker or refrigerator, but then we weren't in the room except to sleep. The room was clean, and neat, and had everything we needed. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The... More

The Excalibur isn't the worst hotel on the strip, but it's definitely not great. The hotel itself is very dated, and not just because the theme is medieval. It feels very run down. The rooms that aren't renovated are very old, carpet worn, old beds, old furniture, old tube TV's, but those still seem to be rampant in Las Vegas.... More

I planned a trip for 6 girls to stay in Vegas for the weekend and picked Excalibur for the price, the service and how close it was to the monorail. Our trip started out with check in that was a breeze. I had emailed them and asked for adjoining rooms and initially did not get it but it was soon... More
