This was perhaps the worst experience that I ever encountered in Las Vegas. They charge a $7.00 resort fee but the pool was drained, free internet did not work, and I cannot figure out where the resort part of the hotel is. I went to lock up my laptop in the safe but they charge $3.50 per day. That's right,... More

Booked as part of a package with Expedia. Second time in Vegas. As we were there for a week, and had a show to go to, we wanted to economise on accommodation. Riviera is old-school Vegas, in serious need of a lick of paint and an upgrade. Casino itself is worth a hour or so to experience old Vegas, but... More

We stayed there from 1/26 to 1/30. The check in was a breeze, the room was very nice and clean. We stayed in the newly updated rooms. The elevators were very fast. No complaints at all. There is a restaurant next door called Peppermill which is awesome. The casino was a tad smokey, but not bad. We had free internet... More

For starters our world we live in today in this day ,and time rely heavily on the Internet, and if you need the use of the internet forget staying here.... I tried to address the issue to the assistant manager on duty Ms. Bobbera, and was given directions to call an outside number to complain blah, blah, blah and that there was nothing the... More

We stayed at the Riviera as part of a tour package. It is an old hotel, very inexpensive, and needs a little upgrade....but....it is old Las Vegas and for that......it gets a little break. More

Stayed at the Riviera February 2011 with a group of 10 girls. Choice the hotel due to the low price. We paid $300 for flight and 3 nights. Check in was terrible. It was close to midnight and there was a huge line. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. We had 5 rooms, on 2 different levels, only 2... More

Stayed 5 nights in January 2012 during CES for an average of 200€/night, breakfast not included. Old fashioned hotel ideally located on the northern part of the Strip. Walking distance from the Convention Center. Clean standard rooms with a comfortable king bed, a desk area, a large drawer-dresser, a small bathroom with a bathtub. Bar fridge, safe & cable TV.... I am at the Riviera for the first time in 5 years as I write this review. The hotel changed ownership last year and the new owners revived renovations that had been put on hold. Some construction is still going on, but it doesn't interfere with traffic and getting around the casino. Monaco towers was updated with new carpets, drapes,... More

This is the Worst hotel to stay at in Vegas! The management only cares about getting your money! Service is awful. Room service menu is a Lie! and they only serve till 10pm, IN VEGAS? What is up with that?!!! They don't even think enough of their customers to let them come in and check in at the front! You... More

Horrible hotel. $7.00 resort fee for drained pool, dilapitated fitness center and free wifi that did not work. Entire property is dirty, casino is old and run down and they made the back of the hotel the main entrance yet still have the signage for valet parking and such in the front. While it may be one of the lowest... More
