I will start off saying the price I paid for it was well worth it being close to the strip. The problem I had with the hotel was the terrible customer service. They had 4 people working the night I checked in on a Saturday night and I waited 45 minutes to check in. I thought for a Saturday night... More

Friendly staff!!!! A little long to check in, but it is Las Vegas. Great rooms for the price and the beds are amazing and comfy!!!! The kids loved the pool. Housekeeper ALWAYS went out of her way to get us stuff we needed....she was very helpful and friendly.

When we checked in, we were offered an upgrade, which we declined, but I don't feel that I should have to upgrade to get a decent room. As you will see in the pics below, the bathroom was in disrepair. There were at least a week's worth of fingerprints on every glass door. It was gross. The pool wasn't open... More

I checked in on a Friday afternoon and it was very quick they had over 10 employees working. I was offered a tower room for an extra $20 a night and was told the rooms have been renovated. The shower was still old and the A/C was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Pool closes early. They no longer... More

I was a little worried about our upcoming stay at the Riviera after reading several bad reviews. Needless to say, our experience was very different. Our check in process when we arrived was a breeze! No long lines for us thankfully and "Portia" the front desk lady was truly a pleasure to work with. We asked if we could upgrade... More

I was just in town by myself in September for a convention that took place at the Riviera's Convention Center, and they offered a very good rate for attendees @ $49/nt, so I decided to try it out. I booked the base level room type via the hotel website, and ended up placed in the Mediterranean South Tower. One thing... More

I stayed here a year ago, and there were some small renovations going on, nothing major and definitely nothing that discounted having a good time. We just got back from our second stay at the Riviera and loved it again. It's not the BEST or fanciest hotel on the strip, but for what it is, we loved it. There is... More

We stayed at the Riviera with our 30 lb dog as the first stop on our road trip. The rates and pet fee are reasonable which is why we chose it. For the money its really a good deal. It was not super comfortable with the dog though. Their policy is to only allow dogs in smoking rooms, however the... More

We paid $100 for one night but our experience at the Riviera only lasted approximately 2 hours and every minute of those 2 hours were terrible. The line to check in was miserable, fortunately we were able to check in at a kiosk which was the one positive thing I can say about the hotel. We were driving through on... More

I attended a trade show at the convention center and the Riviera is close enough to walk if you wanted to (I took a cab). The pricing for the room was very reasonable and since my wife was staying home I did not have to worry about about the need for any high end amenities. The hotel is older but... More
