this is probably the oldest hotel in vegas now. it is in disrepair. when i got to my room, it was not cleaned. dirty tissues on table, cigarette butts on furniture, and dirty toilet. got another room. it was cleaner. fridge door was opened due to ice accumulation. they came up and just left a bunch of towels on the... I just returned from The Riviera in Las Vegas for a APA National Pool Tournament with my Ladies Pool Team. I knew going into the trip, that it was not the nicest place to stay but had stayed there several times. It was for the convenience more than anything and had always been treated pretty well by the complete hotel... More

The staff at the Riviera was phenomenal! We had interactions with Front Desk staff (Christine(?) and Raychelle(?)), Casino staff, Casino Cashier, Security, Housekeeping(Bridget is the best ever); everyone was so friendly, helpful, happy and spent time with us, didn't just brush by, actually spoke TO us not AT us. We stayed in the older tower, rooms not spectacular but quite... More

I just returned home from Vegas with my ladies pool team and APA national championship pool tournament. I have never been so upset and disgusted in the same breath. Although I knew it wasn't the nicest, but it was the most convenient and I had stayed there a couple of times (APA tourney again). When we checked on Wed night,... More

king bed comfortable. Decent sized tv. Parking in main deck difficult at night, however, additional parking (underground) available. Free parking. Water pressure great. It is far from most of the action in las vegas.

Though I appreciate a comped room, we were offered a suite at Riviera as VIP guests. We left within 2 hours. The rooms are so disgusting and full of dirt and dust, we literally could not breathe. It is a health hazard to stay at the Riviera. Management didn't seem to care that one of their VIPs ran out fast.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and weren't disappointed with what we got. Big, clean room. We soon learnt that the hotel wasn't the biggest on the strip, but that didn't matter as we didn't plan on spending our days in there, and it also meant that the casino wasn't rammed. There are restaurants within the hotel, which we used... More

Chose this for the cheapest price in the strip. But the stay not great, would pay more and would stay in better place. Confirmed bed type was not provided, when complained they provided a roll over bed for free. No microwave or coffee machine in the room. Shower was very old and not in good shape. Free wifi was completely... More

Fantastic hotel. Bus stop right out the front. The bus runs 24 hours along the strip. So easy to get around. McDonalds across the road. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great value for money. It's down the quieter end of the strip. So quiet at night. Pool was nice. Would stay there again.

We have been standing at the check in desk for over a hour and a half. They would not allow us to use my mom's credit card for the ridiculous $100 deposit, unless she filled out, signed and emailed or faxed it back to them. Our front desk clerk got off her shift about 45 minutes ago and we had... More
