Staying in Riviera was the worst 3 nights ever. We had a dog with us, so we got the "dog room". No refrigerator, no coffee maker, stinky, dirty, lots of stuff is broken or missing. It needs to be remodel big time. The check in receptionist was not friendly at all.

After I checked in I found out it was closing May 4th. I hate to see it go and become a parking lot for the convention center. The hotel has been a great place to stay for me. Always been able to get a room for a low price there. The service and employees were always great. Would like to... More

The hotel is an old one with stained carpeting and NO Coffee makers in the regular rooms. I asked for a coffee maker (just for hot water) and they would not accommodate me. The rooms that cost 400 dollars (suites) will have coffee makers. The atmosphere is family oriented and the casino is average in size. The Wi-Fi had no... More

When I arrived at 4pm. They said my room was not available But.... For $20 more a night they could upgrade me into a nicer room which was ready. Old car rental and hotel upgrade trick. When I got to my room it was awful. Bad odor, dirty floor, a shower for a person under five feet, cigarette butts along... More

We stayed at the Riviera for four nights last week. Our room (regular room, nothing fancy, like us) was in the Monaco Tower, conveniently located close to the exit near Paradise Road so walking to the Convention Center was easy. We almost cancelled after reading some of the recent reviews, but are so glad we didn't. Everything about the stay... More

The Riviera is easily the BEST value on the strip, I've stayed at the Riviera quite a few times over the years ( I visit Las Vegas about 50 days a year) along with a few other hotels including Mandalay Bay Caesars, NYNY, Cosmopolitan, Flamingo, Harrahs, Rio, Stratosphere, Gold Coast, Luxor along with a few others I called 3 hotels... The prices are cheap and the location is good, at the end of the busy "strip", you can reach almost every casino walking, at the night, the zone is very quiet, so you can rest without noise. The Riviera has a great food court, with cheap options of food. The check in, check out was very fast, and you can... More

Loved my stay at the Riviera! The staff is exceptional and make you feel like you belong and have been coming there for years. The casino offers great value that more than rivals any other casino in town. It is a older Iconic hotel and the feel of it is comfortable and relaxing. Will stay at this hotel for my... More
