I stayed at the Riviera for the first time from Sept 25-30, 2014. It's an older hotel, but the room and bathroom were clean and smelled good. Blanca who checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. The pool is fabulous! Clean and well maintained. One of the best things about my stay was the salon. The ladies who work... More

My wife and I stayed at Riviera for a conference, so someone made this choice for us. This is not a place we would normally choose (our favorite place in Las Vegas is The Cosmopolitan). Naturally, we were disappointed and suspicious at first. However, there were almost no problem during our week-long stay here. It is an older property, but... More

This hotel was cheap and conveniently located on the strip; the staff were all pleasant and helpful as well, but that's about all I can say about it that's positive. The entire casino is in need of an update. The carpet throughout was old, and the theatre we saw the magic show in was very dated. There was a hole... More

The staff for the hotel and its restaurants, bars and showrooms were excellent. Hotel rooms needed some updating and some common areas (like the halls) needed some maintenance and new carpet. The comedy club and Illusions show were very good.

I had two large crickets in my room, nats, and no microwave. I visited a friend in the west gate that stayed 2 nights longer and had a way better room for the same price. It's very average room (like days inn) for a lot of money. I was pretty disappointed.

I stayed at your hotel from 9/26/14-9/29/14 and I have to say I am highly dissatisfied with your hotel. The woman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful but everything else sucked. We were upgraded to a room in conoco towers and were told it contained more luxurious rooms which seemed more like a downgrade. Our room was filthy, the... More

We stayed at the Riviera for three nights. The room was nice and comfortable. This is not a super plush hotel but the service and the price make it a great stay. The coffee shop staff remember everyone's name and are very friendly. The valets are quick and friendly too. The ABC store is great too. My only complaint is... More

Before my stay at the Riviera I had read a lot of comments on trip advisor, not all where good. My room was very good, a standard deluxe which has 2 beds, flat screen tv, digital radio, a safe, desk table, plenty of drawers a clothes cupboard with 2 large mirrors on the outside, and the bathroom spot on with... Super impressed for the price here, since it is really budget compared to the other strip hotels. Clean, everything you need really and a great view. Visit the Indian place in the food court; their pakoras are incredible.
