We stayed at the tropicana in October for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it... From the moment we pulled up to that amazing smell I knew I'd picked the right hotel.... I love how you walk into the tropicana and the check in desk is right there, none of this nonsense of having to walk a mile through 1000... More

I stayed at the Tropicana with my son for 6 nights in early August and I was very impressed with the hotel. I have previously stayed at the Luxor & I preferred this choice of hotel. We arrived early & our room wasn't ready for another 3 hours, which was disappointing. When we did eventually check in it went smoothly.... More

This was the first time I've stayed on the Strip in Vegas, so I didn't really know what to expect, but overall this hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The downstairs casino area is great, and the rooms are ok as well, but I couldn't help but notice a lot of small defects (each of them to small to... More

Left after 1 night because bathroom had mold in toilet, hair on the floor, and the bathtub was so disgustingly old and dirty I had to put a towel down to take a quick shower. Bed was uncomfortable and A/C was very loud too. Take a look at the picture - that was how the tub was on arrival and... More

I have stayed at the Tropicana several times over the past few years and really like to stay here in the summer because of the pool. We arrived early in Vegas on a Sunday morning (before 11am) and knew that check in would be very unlikely but we tried anyways. We had an awesome person at the front desk (Doug)... More

Currently staying at Tropicana, 1st night has been a great disappointment. 1st room we were given was not clean, bottles and rubbish from previous guests still in room. Moved to another room. No Fridge, no in room menu, worn furnishings. One night to go thankfully.

Based on a few past stay's at the Tropicana we decided to stay at this newly refurbished location on the strip again. The stay got off to a very bad start. It seems even after booking a certain room class in April for a August stay as well as a follow up confirmation call a week out it still allows... More

I'm surprised to read some of the recent reviews regarding Tropicana; having visited Las Vegas recently, we had an enjoyable and relaxing experience at the Tropicana. It really is an oasis of calm amongst the craziness of Vegas, tastefully redecorated and quite stylish. Having walked through most of the other hotel foyers, which proudly, loudly and brazenly try to extract... More

Came here with three friends for her 30th. Rooms were brilliant spacious and very clean. The only problem it was like a mountain trek to get to it but u got used to it. Played in the casino (1st time ever) and the staff made it a brilliant time I have to say they really entertained us. Only ate in... More

I stayed at the Trop last week, and the pool was a treat after a hot day of walking around the Strip. However, getting a lounger was no easy feat. The room and common areas of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly; the Beach Cafe did a great breakfast. The one thing I was disappointed in was... More
