We stayed in the paradise tower on the 15th floor overlooking the strip in a newly renovated room for two nights. The room was larger than expected and we were pleased they had a coffee maker and fridge. We had little noise from our neighbours considering our last night was a Friday and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel itself was clean... I am extremely critical when it comes to service and hotels. I usually stay in 5 star hotels... I was very skeptical about staying here but read several reviews beforehand which helped me make my final decision. Check in process took some time but I was completely satisfied with my room . I stayed for two nights. The service and... More

We, like many, had stayed away for years but had started to stay occasionally since the remodel. We just returned from a stay to celebrate my husband's 50th (my third stay since April). We had 8 friends travel with us and we all had EXCELLENT stays. We worked with our Casino Host to get reduced rates for our guests. My... More

The hotel is much smaller than the others and not many amenities. There's only a few restaurants and you certainly couldn't spend hours in the hotel as you could the others. The main disappointment is the service from the staff. Nobody was brilliant or made you feel "special" and some were actually really rude. The room wasn't cleaned every day... More

I stayed here for two nights in April 2014. The check-in experience was not brilliant as I was first in line but it somehow took 25 minutes to leave with my room key. Checking in each person seemed to take more than 10 minutes. The check-in agent let slip that she was having a discussion with a colleague over the... More

This hotel has been recently refurbished and as a result it has the fresh and clean feel which is so lacking in many of the Vegas hotels. The casino is light and airy, as are the bedrooms. The food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet particularly impressive and at $21 is good value for money - lunch... More

We enjoyed the hotel very much. It is clean, bright and great staff. The room was excellent and the location is in a nice part of the strip. Great place to stay. The main bar lounge had great acts all three nights and was a nice place to dance.

We've stayed in the Tropicana for 1 night (25-26 June 2014) and it was perfect. It is a very bright and well decorated hotel, very clean and located right on the south part of the strip. Parking is free. The only disadvantage we found is that the pool closes very early (around 7-ish). Would recommend the hotel! Also a side... More

Great hotel at the end of the strip. Access to other hotels. Staff were great, pool area was good. Las Vegas is a real eye opener. All rules go out the window! Drinking and smoking is allowed anywhere. The only downfall to Vegas is because people can smoke anywhere the smell of smoke is all throughout the hotel/casino and made... More

Terrible water pressure. The sink and shower dont drain properly. The toilet keeps running and is in need of replacement. The ceiling is very low and makes you feel claustrophobic. The pool is lack luster compared to many other hotels. The rooms are really far from food, front desk, and casino floor. The TV doesn't have many good channels. Check... More
